I’m a Chipotle fan but this location gave me a terrible experience. Placed my order online and went to pickup in the drive through. The young lady that was working the front area and drive through completely ignored me even though she had to come to the drive through area to fulfill the fine in customers. Even after politely honking she turned her back to me. I then just went inside to pick up my order and everyone seemed to have attitudes. One employee left from behind the counter and walked out the front door, (hopefully on break). But I had to pull an ‘excuse me’ to be acknowledged in which I informed the same young lady from the drive through I was there to pick up an order. She reached over on the counter and gave me my order which had clearly been sitting there. When I got home my order was completely bland; chicken had no favor and my bowl was completely drenched in sour cream. Horrible experience, I won’t be back

This Chipotle is by far the worst location that I have ever been to. On multiple occasions they have been out of nearly everything to make a complete bowl or burrito. On top of that these are some of the most rude staff that I have ever experienced in the entire service industry. Today however was the final straw. I ordered one veggie bowl with guac, queso, corn salsa, cheese, rice, and beans, and one bowl with steak, chicken, beans, corn salsa, red salsa, and cheese, all with 2 orders of chips on the app. When I returned home with my ordered I realized the staff loaded my bowls in sideways so the salsa that they actually did have began to leak out of the container. On top of this over half of my meal was missing(chips, queso, steak, corn salsa, and guac). When I returned to the store to sort it out I was told that they were out of everything that was missing and they couldnt issue a refund and that i would need to contact corporate, I asked if they thought it was acceptable to serve the bowl with only rice, beans, and cheese and i was asked again to just call corporate. I would never recommend eating at this restaurant especially when there are so many other places to eat in this area.

I honestly don’t know why I keep giving this place my money…. Every order I get from here is wrong. Ordered a steak bowl came completely wrong. They never cut the steak up, I have raw green peppers in my bowl, no queso and the bags of chips I ordered barley have 20 chips in the bag.

For how much you pay for the meal it isn’t even close to being worth it. I always order thru Doordash and I stupidly kept giving this store a handful of chances and they always miss an item or mess up the whole order. My last order they didn’t even cook my Quesadilla, it was cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. It was very small and it was basically a tortilla shell with a hint of chicken and cheese. Do yourself a favor and order somewhere else

This is one of my favorite places for lunch or dinner especially when it’s nice outside. I’d like to utilize the patio but when I don’t have a lot of time to just sit around and really soak it in but don’t want to eat in my car the dining area is also a great atmosphere And, the food of course is amazing. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu.

Absolutely unbelievable. I ordered 1 burrito online at 3pm on 7/30/23. The pick up order was to be ready and set for 3:20. I walk in to the shop at 3:35. I went to the pick up area and stood there with another guy. She said what’s the order name to both of us. Doesn’t say anything and turns around and walks away. Mind you the place is open and you can see where everybody is. She walks away and basically just stands around. Doesn’t look at our orders, isn’t making any food, nothing. I’m sitting down watching all this waiting and then the same girl comes back and just stands up at the front counter with another girl still doing nothing. A gentleman who had been there when I walked in and was waiting as well walked up and politely asked asked about his order as clearly he’s been waiting an exceptionally long time too. I threw up my hands as well and said “right!” and at this point the girl got on the defense and gave some poor excuse (I’m the only one working pick up orders!) while simultaneously was standing there doing nothing. She had the audacity to be on the defense and argue but I didn’t give in and go off as clearly there’s no point If she doesn’t understand already. She didn’t want to be there and made it clear with her actions and attitudes and poor work ethic. At this point when something was said about the wait time it’s around 3:45. Unbelievable that when I told that girl my pick up order name that she never then went to go look at what the order was. She never said, oh sorry, because of this and this, this is why your order isn’t ready but we’re working on it. Or oh sorry we overlooked your order but it’ll be ready in x amount of minutes. Or oh wow, you were supposed to pick this up 25 minutes ago and you even ordered this 1 burrito 45 minutes ago, we’re getting to it right now. The girl never apologized or gave a time when it would be made or gave a plan of action. She said absolutely nothing. The fact then also that at no point did I ever see her actually make any food or orders and the fact that okay you have these outstanding orders and there was no hustle at all from her or even seeing her do anything is crazy. Literally was standing there doing nothing. This place wasn’t even busy! There was no one in the drive thru pick up, there was no one eating there, the only people there were the maybe 3 people in line to order in store and the other 3 or so of us were waiting for out pick up orders. It was crazy because I realized at this point that I was only going to get my burrito when this girl felt like she wanted too. Unbelievable. If she wanted to do nothing, after 45 minutes of ordering why couldn’t she give my 1 burrito order to the someone on the front of the line to make real quick? Honestly, what I should of done is just gotten into the very short line they had the entire time I was there, ordered my exact burrito that I ordered online, then when they rang it up I should’ve said great thanks, I actually already paid for it, it’s under my name and then left. That’s the only way I could’ve gotten my 1 burrito. There’s literally just no excuse for what happened. This has truly been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I was completely in shock to what I was seeing and experiencing. I ended up just walking out and leaving without my burrito after another minute or two since still at that point, there was no telling when they were going to make my burrito. In conclusion, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! The worst employees I’ve ever experienced in my life that don’t care at all, lazy and have no work ethic and a location/Manager/GM that supports and keep these employees around should not be given your money! Interesting, as I came on to write my review it looks like I’m not the first person to be blown away by the absolute worst customer service and employees this location has. Plus, the lack of responses to all of these other bad reviews from the company/location should tell you how much they actually care about your experience and good customer service. CLOSE THIS LOCATION ALREADY!

This location is always dirty. The food prep areas has food everywhere, including the floors (behind the counter). They’re always “out” of food items. There’s days that the rice and tomato salsa has way to much lime and other days when it’s actually good. The store owner should know what’s going on, and that some customers have giving up and deciding to visit the restaurant on Middlebelt & I-96

I’ll start by saying I have celiac disease and a dairy allergy so I ordered something that should have been safe. I got a burrito bowl with absolutely no dairy but it was covered in cheese anyway. It shouldn’t be difficult to NOT add something. When I attempted to call the restaurant to have them send what I ordered, I couldn’t get through to an actual human. So my lovely husband made me a burger because now I had nothing to eat or feed my toddler. But, not completely defeated, I attempted to eat the guac which ended up having a lovely strip of some sort of plastic in it. Bon appetite
