Staff here isn’t friendly, as I was eating my food, I literally saw a customer walk up to the counter, stood there for 1-3 mins with no greeting at all and no one else in here besides the “manager” standing down by the register. He walked out. I don’t blame him. I won’t return here, this visit was the last straw for me. This location is always out of everything, ouf chicken Al pastor, out of fajita veggies, out of lettuce and out of steak. The staff is rude, not friendly, and they just stare you down like you inconvenienced them. I love chipotle, but unfortuantely they’ve gone down hill I hate to admit over the last few years. Sad. I can see this location closing at some point. This place needs ACTUAL MANAGEMENT AND HERE IN THE EVENINGS, lots of people doing absolutely nothing and not making anything! No wonder why you’re out of stuff.

The service was kind of slow. There was only two people to my party and we were the only ones in line and yet we had to wait to place our order. The tables were not cleaned. I don’t mind cleaning my own table if only they had the supplies available for me to do it. I ran out of Clorox wipes so I had to put water on a napkin to wipe the table down. It must be due to the staff shortage. The food was good except I could not get guacamole without onions. Not everyone likes onions. Maybe they should make it without onions and add it for those who want it. It is easier to add than to take out.

This chipotle is consistently out of product. The portions are much smaller than other chipotle’s I have been to (which is over 100 different locations just this year). The service is slow and the tables are always dirty.

We ordered food from this branch thru Uber eats. They forgot to put plastic utensils, in our 2 bowls they forgot to put the green and red salsas. Moreover, they also to put the grilled fajita veggies we asked for. In the end of bowl was flavorless because they forgot all the good stuff. The queso we ordered came in 4oz container that was less than half full so it was definitely less than what we paid for. Overall, extremely disappointed. We were traveling so had to go out of our room and look for silverware to be able to eat our lame bowls.

The most disgusting place in taylor. I could see the bottom of my bowl upon opening it. The food was soggy and cold. There was barely any chicken in the bowl. I took 2 bites and spat them out then threw the whole bowl away. I feel disgusted just looking at Chipotle now. Dirt on the floor would look more appetizing than that bowl. I haven’t come to Chipotle in years and already regret trying it.

I got the bowl and the rice was hard and the guac they gave me looked like refried beans not fresh at all. I took off the guac just to eat hard rice not coming here again. Place was well staffed so it wasn’t that they were short staffed. I had ordered online and got there at the right time.

Food everywhere, all over the hot and cold food bars, the countertops, the workers gloves. I watched the grill cook mix new rice with a dirty bowl, dirty rice scoop. Very disgusting. Rice was so soggy and and overdone it made the entire bowl almost not worth eating. Drink stations/Forks and napkins were dirty as well. Last visit here.

I have given this location so many chances but have walked out without ordering food, it’s sad one day you go in they are out of chicken the next steak or cheese. They have people working in the back on something like cheese as they put containers of cheese just shredded into the fridge and say it will be half an hour before they have cheese again. You have to order online for pick up at this location because that is all they focus on and it’s always first priority when things get filled. Half of the staff is friendly the other half hate having to be working.

Always extremely slow at this location often out of items and features like gift card payments not working watched a guy have to over draft his bank because of this. Ask for a little more salsa and lady pours a 4 oz cup on my burrito then proceeds to wrap it like a 2 year old doesn’t even ensure that the ends where closed so guess what happened when I went to eat it? I ended up wearing half my burrito. But not like I could taste anything besides the half a cup of salsa she put in my burrito. This location is terrible.
