I ordered online for a pick up. I wanted a half chicken and steak bowl with double protein, white rice, black beans, cheese, lettuce, sour cream, salsa and guacamole. The lettuce, sour cream and guacamole were missing & clearly this is not double protein!!! They need to do better!

I Work across the street and go here 2 to 3 times a week. It’s just such a crapshoot if I’m gonna have to throw it away or actually enjoy it. this time the ball wasn’t even half full. But the guacamole they gave me was almost black, smelled like death when you open the container and look like it had mold on it. I guess we will be going to pitaway from here on out.

I was pumped when I moved to have a chipotle so close by….. I will gladly drive 10 more minutes for Qdoba because this is the worst chipotle. Most of the time it’s online order only, which is fine but the food quality is horrible and the order will never be ready on time. Salads won’t come with mixed greens half the time. Guac is always old and brown and they will hardly give you any. The staff is usually kind of rude too. I gave this place like 5 chances. Not worth it. Corporate doesn’t respond for inaccurate orders or inedible food anymore so don’t waste your money, you will not get anything back.

First of the staff was so horrible before the lady even finished my burrito I wanted to tell her never mind and leave secondly they are always out of chicken and never put a large amount of steak on your burrito third and last point Is this location has become known for its garbage staff and yet refuses to do anything about it but it’s the only location close by so we are stuck putting up with it!!!!

It’s a place where you know what to expect. This location doesn’t offer much variety in dine-in seating. The booths are located near the main exit, but the food is good. Staff were pleasant and the tables were reasonably clean. I had a bottled organic tea, lightly sweetened, and it was delicious. Dinner was the veggie burrito bowl with brown rice and pinto beans. All of the toppings were fresh and the portions were balanced. It’s fast food, but it’s fast food you can eat without guilt.

This location has signs on entrance door stating they are all electronic. All orders have to be done online and paid with card. Food wasn’t even started when we went back to pick it up at the time we were given. Employees all walking around with airpods in and not hearing anything, anyone is saying. Food was good. Service not so much

Everytime I come to this location they never have the fajita veggies not once in at least 2 months and 10 visits today they would only take online orders the customer service absolutely sucks I was waiting ten mins and there were five people in view of the front counter not one person said anything until 12 minutes and someone from the back came out and said that it was online ordering only don’t come here if you want any semblance of customer service 5:38 and front counter completely cleaned out

Not a good experience. I arrived only about 45 minutes after they opened and the server told me they had no chicken available and that they had just run out yet, there was no chicken cooking. I was offered and accepted, what I was told was the last of the Chicken Al Pastor for my salad instead.

Worst Chipotle don’t bother to try. I have gone 3 times and each time had an issue. First they are very chintzy with the portions. They always seem to be out of something big like chicken or veggies! Last time I bought chips the bag was almost empty. They take forever so lines are long. Yesterday it was “online order only” and I could see there was hardly any food available it was bizarre.

The worst chipotle location I have ever been to, by far. We recently moved into the area and tried this location a few times and each time the service was TERRIBLE. Once I had to wait an hour and fifteen minutes past the time food was supposed to be ready. Then I placed the order via the app but upon arriving at the location the restaurant was closed. Decided to give them one more chance today- had to wait 50 minutes past the time food was supposed to be ready. Come home to find nothing but chicken and guac in my bowl (my order had way more ingredients). Chipotle customer service was not helpful at all. Extremely disappointed.
