Ordered a chicken bowl with chips to go when I got home it was a piece of hair in my food. Went back to return it and the worker was acting like it wasnt a big deal and didnt want to refund me my money, finally got to talk to the manager and got my refund. The manager threw away the bowl and put my chips i had in the bag back on the chip shelf to serve. Disgusting. Told the manager about it he didnt seem to care. If you want to eat here come first thing when they open!!

This places is nasty. I had a DoorDash order but I was gonna order me some as well. The restaurant was so dirty, they should wear mouth mask cause they talk all over your food. Since Covid they just hire anybody who wants to work. If the restaurant is nasty you can’t convince me they handle the food clean!

The WORST restaurant, particularly because of the non-existent customer service from the “employees” that work there. We went to ask a question about our online order and the minute we approached the counter, one of the employees acted as if we were dumb and couldn’t read the 10+ signs about ordering posted all over the store. The employee automatically assumed we were going to try to order inside and told us it was online ordering only. They didn’t give us a chance to ask what we may have even needed first, which was strike one. We told the employee that we had already placed an online order (over an hour ago), but they told us to check the shelf for our name. Eventually, we found out our order had ended up being taken from the shelf by another person, which was strike two. We had waited around for our missing order only to find out that they also couldn’t even remake it for us (ran out of some of the ingredients), which was strike 3. Strike 3 and we were done and out. We were given a general customer service number to call since the employees couldn’t even bother to help us in the store to refund the order. The employees are always rude every time we’ve gone, but this time was the very last strike. We took our business elsewhere and will NEVER be coming back…

Management!!! much attention is needed here, I must say this is a first for me . I got a veggie bowl and from the guacamole to the chips everything was not good. To much cheese!!! I threw it away! No flavor Only thing that tasted good was the apple juice!

Great place, Great location, I’m a regular who comes in weekly to get a bowl and I tried the new Al Pastor chicken and it’s amazing, it taste very authentic and this has to be their best meat of all time, I’ve never had a problem with this location, they’re always hooking us up and the food always taste amazing, not sure why there is so many negative reviews because in the several years I’ve been going there I’ve never had a issue with their food or service ever! Keep it up guys!

First of all my chicken burrito bowl was looking sloppy and messy, but okay I said whatever. I take two bites from the bowl and then I notice a FLY on a piece of lettuce. I did this as a online order and picked up for work lunch. What a inconvenience, I was left hungry and disgusted. I do not recommend getting food from this location. It’s unsanitary and looks dirty inside too. Imagine how many other flies like that are in their food and people ate it without realizing. Smh
