This is about as authentic as one can get without going broke!! Chipotle Mexican Grill was our choice for a quick lunch today without spending a fortune!! I’ve always believed that “Kid’s Meals” shouldn’t just be for kids!! Those of us who are either a.) Counting Calories b.) Just Not Too Hungry or c.) I really wish I could give zero stars. This ‘manager’ claimed to make my food but wouldn’t even give me her name. My quesadilla had NO CHEESE on it and I only got ONE out of my three sides. The manager was absolutely unhelpful outside of me driving 15 minutes back to their restaurant and refused a refund. Literally the worst customer service I have ever had.

I was craving this and at first they were closed but then the employee of the month his name is Juan made my entire day and let us come in and order. He is a very nice man and cute too . He definitely deserves a raise cuz once I came in others piled in as well and he and the rest of the staff handled it very well. Not to mention the food is absolutely amazing.

I went over there and I asked some extra rice and lady was so rude and left the counter without serving food. Worst management, don’t know how to deal the customer, very rude customer service, I used to go every other day, few people are good other than that the whole management is really really poor. Noticed several negative reviews for this location prior to ordering. I’m SO glad I decided to give them a chance so I could form my own opinion to share. Ordered online around 5pm to be ready ASAP, which was 5:15pm. I arrived about 5:10pm, there were 5 vehicles in front of me & I maybe waited 10 minutes in line to get my order. My food was prepared as ordered, the presentation was good and most importantly it was awesome!! I will order from this location the next time I’m in the area.

I ordered three f-ing tacos, got the wrong toppings on them, tried calling but was met with a robot that didnt help at all, tried texting “pepper” to resolve the issue, then was told i was sent an email that i did not receive after waiting 10 minutes, tried that about 4 more times and i even changed my password to get it to work, so now im stuck with the wrong order. This is why Qdoba better.
