I’ve had this specific Chipotle location three separate times and all three times have been good, with no complaints. I’ve dined in once and picked it up twice. My order has been correct all three times and it was good. I will continue to order from here!

I hate giving places 1 star but this needs to be done. This location needs to take pride in their service. A couple of my online orders were delayed. They served me gray guacamole, cold unseasoned meat, undercooked rice, and something else in there tasted rotten. Threw it away and was so disappointed because chipotle always delivers on quality in my past experience. I hate to do this because not everyone there is a bad a worker. I’ve noticed two of the girls are consistent hard workers. They rest are pretty much there to collect hours and a paycheck. When they’re fully staffed the quality is on par with other locations. This review is more about the staff, not the brand. They need to fire-rehire.

Plenty of staff walking by but no one acknowledged me. A staff member in the back noticed no one was acknowledging me and spoke up. The woman that helped me gave me an attitude when I asked her to speak up because I couldn’t hear her and seemed mad that I even wanted to order. Food was great! However, Customer Service isn’t so great at this location!

Staff was rather rude, clearly not hired for their customer service or interpersonal skills. The burrito wasnt that bad, almost on par with a second rate taco bell. It wasn’t Chipotle quality, but it it was close. The chips were stale, like week old stale, and some weren’t even cooked. Not sure who owns this franchise location, but I would be really disappointed if my investment turned into what this place has become. I’ve been a loyal Chipotle customer for years, visited their locations all over the US. This place is a chipotle in name only.

I’ve eaten at Chipotle ~3x/week for the past 5 years, which according to the newsletter puts me in the “top .5% of Chipotle fans”. 15 years ago I ate Chipotle daily. Since moving to Muskegon two weeks ago, I’ve had at least 3 stomach aches after getting my usual burrito with white rice, black or pinto beans, fajita veggies, chicken or carnitas, tomato + corn salsas, guac, and lettuce. During my 8pm order last night I was mistakenly charged for queso, and an attempted $2 refund was instead charged again. After holding up the line for a few minutes, I was finally refunded in cash. After my meal, a stummy ache worsened for 6 hours before I finally headed to the emergency room. I suspect the problem is the pico or guac, which is usually brownish. I commented about the color being off one time and they said something about how this location doesn’t use Hass avocados, which are greener. Anyway, please hire a food safety supervisor so I can start eating at my favorite restaurant again.

Got everything on my burrito bowl wrong. The only right ingredient on it was rice. When I called to asked them to remake it, their phone wouldn’t even work to get me connected to an employee, it would say “memory full”. Staff clearly do not care about customers or their business down all the way down to a simple task of keeping their phone working.

They were incredibly slow with making our online order! We were sitting in the pick up line for 20 minutes and the workers continued to walk. Then they messed up our order and had to remake it and then we still had to go in to get silverware. They still messed up our order by forgetting to put a side and drink in so we had to go back in. When we went in they were very rude…rolled their eyes at us and said no apologies!!! No sense of urgency, we were very disappointed.

We frequently stop at this location on our way home from the beach (as we did tonight). The food is great and service is excellent. I always appreciate how helpful and kind the staff are even when it gets busy.

I love chipotle, so this review is not due to anything other than the experience at this location. I know this is a new store, but there are clear training and staffing problems that I hope can be improved upon. The wait for my order was 15+ minutes longer than expected, the service team were clearly stressed and unhappy with each other, the manager reluctantly assisted a struggling employee and then was nowhere to be seen during the middle of lunch hour, and then when food did arrive, the burrito was 1/4 the size of a burrito I would expect from Chipotle. Both orders were incorrect and missing ingredients. Again, I’m assuming some bumps in the launch of a new store and never have written a review before, but felt compelled to given how poorly this restaurant functioned.
