Standardly good! Like everywhere, short staffed so service iffy. Small area to eat, and you have to clean off your own table if you dine in. Prices have increased significantly. Their portion sizes are gigantic, so you do get a lot of food. One entree easily serves 2 people in my opinion.

I ate a burrito from this location for lunch yesterday and within about 4 hours threw my guts up and continued to have a fever and chills till 7pm the next day. Can’t keep anything down. Never been made so sick from food before. I’ve been kept up all night vomiting. Will repeat, I went from perfectly fine to extremely sick because of the food. Probably can’t eat Chipotle again.

Not sure what the heck was up with this location. I’ve been to the one on mills civic recently and it wasn’t like this. I got the al pastor bowl with chips around 1:25 PM 8/2. Nothing was very spicy and it was so over seasoned with the pineapple, and the brown rice was disgustingly lime-y. It is clear they are not taste testing their batches. I go to chipotle at least once a week, if not more, in Colorado for the last 8 months getting the same thing. Mills Civic was also like the CO locations. This location was awful. Didn’t even finish my bowl. I also overheard the young boys saying they ordered Qdoba and they were talking to customers about how good Qdoba and Poncheros is. I thought that was very unprofessional to be yelling about and it was very rude, even if it was true. It is clear they just don’t know how to cook at this chipotle so they think everywhere else is better. Retrain them please. Thanks.

This location has really gone downhill. It now randomly does online orders and closes earlier than it says. Food is not fresh often and employees don’t seem to care. I won’t be going back to this spot anymore.

Says host was Jacqueline not sure if that was right but the girl that checked us out was so rude. Made me want to leave. Was very annoyed that I wanted to scan my chipotle rewards. Then didn’t even do it. I’ll never come back and I wouldn’t recommend this store to ANYONE!

If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. Ordered my food that takes all of 2 minutes to make with 45 minutes before I had to drive 10 minutes to work only to show up 5 minutes late to work. 5 people ordered after me TOGO and got their food first. 30 minutes. Big bunch of incompetent idiots.
