I went in and they had no chips and told me so after I got my food. My friend and I decided to sit in the area and the workers were cleaning around us and hour early before closing. One girl even locked herself outside of the restaurant and the music was so load. The food was not in the right place and it was not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend stick to qdoba. They have to wrap the burritos in a certain way because they put nothing in them. There’s a picture of one above even. Ordered from her 3 times and each time I felt if your going to put half the stuff in can you at least charge half price. The one on 20 in Racine is far superior

They need to work on their food quality. The past couple of times I’ve gotten food from here the chips have been stale. Either replace the chips more often or review chip frying? I’ve also had that crunchy rice like other reviews have stated. I come here because it’s closer to home but Pleasant Prairie is always great, they set the standard high.

I’m not gonna lie I know this location has not been open very long but I am not impressed with this chipotle not only do they have very little to no selections of toppings, they are unwilling to give the guest what they would like at a BUILD OR OWN establishment. As someone who was in the food industry half their life, when they say they can’t do it , just means they won’t do it. Lastly I hope you enjoy the size of chips you get with the queso and chips when you order it.

Food was not hot or fresh, chips were either stale or under cooked. Guy who served us was not friendly. He was, however, generous with the portions. Should have gone to Qdoba, never had a bad meal there. Also, for a new restaurant, it was not well kept. Kitchen area not tidy, bathrooms not clean.

The place was very disappointing. The tables were dirty and windows all smudged. The silverware almost empty. So simple to take a rag and clean tables. The cooking area looks messy also. I was hesitant to eat there. Pleasant Prairie seems much cleaner. We sat outside as the tables seemed much cleaner.

Over charged by the same person every time. This location was phenomenal when it opened. It’s dirty no food. Cooked incorrectly. Always out of products.I got charged $50 for a plain carnitas bowl no toppings and a kids queso & chips. I refused to take the order. The food always tastes like it was dropped in mop water.
