used to be my favorite location. some employees (not all) are rude and consistently give less protein. for the price of 16 dollars on average per meal it simply is just a bad deal. They often are out of half of the protein options and will say there is a 15 minute wait. working in the food business myself I could never imagine telling a customer there is a 15 minute wait on anything. overall have dumpy ghetto unprofessional employees

Avoid this location. It used to be my go-to on a weekly basis. On more than one occasion, the app order system yields drastically incorrect results. Not something small like white rice instead of brown. No protein, all the ingredients I omitted were included, and only rice and beans made it from my original order. Luckily the chipotle app will refund you if you submit feedback.

This place is absolutely terrible. You would think if burritos is your main food that you would know how to properly roll one. We received two burritos that looked like a ball and were partially unwrapped. If you work here, you should just be embarrassed that you don’t have the skills to even do your job properly. Management should be embarrassed to make any money off of this garbage. The people who work here don’t care. Why should we care to keep giving them money and keep this parade going. What a joke. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!!

Save yourself the time and headache and just go to a different location. We put it two orders for pick up about 30 minutes before the pick up time. We arrived at the pick up time and nothing was ready. They also “lost” one of the orders in the system and never found it. It took another 30 minutes to make our food (3 burritos and a kids meal) and they made several mistakes. They were not very busy, just highly incompetent. There was also something off with the chips – like they had been over-baked or seasoned incorrectly.

Terrible customer service. A bunch of young kids with minimal if any work ethic who clearly do not care about their jobs. This location was doing online orders only and the workers all looked miserable to be there, with no empathy for the several people waiting for their orders. I chose to cancel my order and visit a different location as they were over 30 minutes behind on orders with bo intentions to catch up. Have had problems with this location in the past and will not be returning.

Charges 10$ now for “large” cup of queso and chips… go to qdoba. They actually fill it to the top! They tried giving me one scoop and topping it! I had to ask for more respectfully given I am paying 10$ for SMALL chips and cheese smh ♀️ and they looked at me annoyed. Perhaps begin making more queso when it is running low. Therefore you won’t have to scrape the queso from the bowl to give the customer whatever’s left over???

My family enjoy going to eat at Chipotle when we are in Milwaukee. This location is close to my sister house and our last visit they did not have good customer and were very short staff. The manager a man he may have said his name was Kevin store manager…maybe…was there not assisting them I had to request his boss information. My recent visit which was on Saturday 03/04/23 about 6:30 pm and they were of most of the options. I suggest calling ahead to see if they are out of certain items before going. Enjoy
