The people working were friendly, professional and worked very quickly. This is my first time at this location and I must say, it did not disappoint. I will sadly probably not come again because it is out of town from where I live and pretty far away. But from this one visit, I was very satisfied with the service tonight on Saturday. This is the fastest service I have ever gotten from a Chipotle location and the food was warm and delicious. I would recommend the carnitas meat, which was very flavorful, cooked well and warm when I got my burrito bowl this evening. 5 stars on the food, service and atmosphere.

Although my experience started out frustrating, it ended with receiving a high review. I attempted to place a 15 item order through their website. Once I completed & submitted the order, it was not showing up on the store end. Abe told me to just come in and she would personally handle my order. She took my entire order and completed it with friendliness and accuracy all while another employee was assisting the walk-in lunch crowd. She was absolutely fantastic. The entire work flow this location displayed was amazing. We were in & out in a timely manner for the size order we had. Aabrayanah Brady is a true asset to your team!

This is a clean, new location, and it’s the best in the area already for service and quality. We enjoyed our visit. They have great vegan and vegetarian food and beverage options. Atmosphere is a little strange in Chipotle overall, due to the cheap look of unfinished spaces, but right now it’s pretty good.

This specific location is a joke with their lane pick up. I’ve tried 5 times to order from the East Mason location and every single time i have to wait in my car 20 mins past the pick up time. It’s soooo ridiculous! Tonight i waited 20 mins only to be told they were out of all the topings we ordered. It took them that long to realized that!! Then after i asked to get a refund i was told i needed to call because they could not cancel and refund my order. Very disappointing!

This location is consistently bad. Only bad chipotle location I’ve visited and it happens to be near my home. Have tried it about 5 times hoping it would improve, but every time without fail they’ve either gotten the order wrong or the food has been stale and miserable. What the heck! This location stinks

Food was very good. The top of the food bins were very messy with food strewn and they never bothered to clean, but visited among the staff. Young man who waited on us had his hair hanging over his eyes and without haircut. One young man was mixing a bowl of food without gloves and popped some food in his mouth while mixing.

purchased a barbacoa burrito through grubhub. they forgot to add the BARBACOA! …like really? I paid not only a $1.10 sales tax I had to pay a $3.99 delivery fee (which is fine, probably a grubhub thing), a $2.21 “service fee” (whatever that means)…on top of a $2.50 extra charge just for barbacoa itself.
