I am quite disappointed with the quality of the food lately. I have gone to this location twice this month, and both times the chips have been soggy. The pico was also soggy almost like it was left out to thaw. $5 bucks for chips and guacamole? They should at least make sure the chips are not soggy/stale. Its not much to ask

Overall the consistently worst Chipotle location I have ever been to in the world. Closest to my house and I actively avoid it for a reason. Customer service is non-existent, you must be extremely lucky to receive everything that you have ordered. Here is a photo of my “quesadilla” when they decided to give me one taco instead and gave me practically no black beans. Also ordered 2 of the same exact bowl and they didn’t include the guac I paid for and the cheese on one of the bowls.

If I could give zero stars I would! They constantly mess up online and app orders. They messed up. Simple plain cheese quesadilla for my kids and the guacamole looks absolutely disgusting and brown. The new steak is burnt on my burrito bowl. I’m done with this Chipotle location!!

Not very happy with experience. There are ads all over the restaurant for Al pastor, and after waiting in line they say they are out of it. After grabbing a different meat they let me know they are out of fajita veggies. It’s a bummer to go to a place and just have their smaller menu missing stuff and they don’t let you know until you have waited in line and mid order. The also only had one dirty half used bottle of regular Tabasco sauce. Just feels run down and janky. I’d suggest pretty much any other location over going to eat here

Ordered catering for 140 person Grad party from Rosemount, MN location. Supposed to pick food up at 2:30 but was not done. Was informed they were “short staffed”. No manager on duty! Came back an hour later, (30 minutes before grad party started) staff carried boxes out and loaded into my car. Asked multiple times if I had all the boxes, reply was yes. Got to party just before it started and unloaded. Unfortunately, No cheese and No lettuce. Had to drive back to store and pick up rest of the order. I was 45 minutes late to my daughter’s grad party! Unacceptable! My biggest issue is there’s no way to call the store directly…phone menu drives you to catering or online order. The Rosemount store was supposed to call me but absolutely no communication whatsoever. Went in there a 4th time a few days later…still no manager on duty to talk to. Food is good, employees were pleasant and apologetic. The manager needs to contact me to resolve this.

Chipotle is one of my favorite restaurants and this location is fantastic. My preordered burrito bowl was ready on time and constructed to perfection. The chicken was succulent, the veggies and beans were flavorful, and the cheese is truly one of a kind. The chips are also terrific. Those little crunchy delights are the perfect partner for the burrito bowl. Pro tip: order as many toppings as you can and an extra tortilla with your bowl so you can make yourself a small bonus burrito when you get home.

This place is 0 stars. I have consistently had bad experiences at the Rosemount location. I visited today at 7pm. This location was out of hard taco shells so ended up getting a bowl. (Needed a gluten-free option). Decided I could get some chips with it since there was no shells. After they prepared 40.00 worth of food, at the end ordered a bag of chips. And was told can’t since there isn’t enough and they are reserved for online orders only. There was tons of regular and kid size bags available. I asked if they could make a small exception since I didn’t get the hard shells, even kid size is fine but they said nope, can’t do it.! The cashier was rude and the workers seemed miserable. The tacos were made messily with some options not placed on the taco at all. The customer before me asked for guacamole and was told they are out. The customer had to ask okay well if there more coming? The reply was I don’t know. Got home, opened my bowl and found a hair in it. I will not be back. This place needs a total rehaul.

Food is great, as always, the service & food prep is far below average. How does a Mexican fast food run out of brown rice, fajita vegetables AND chicken all at the same? I was there for 30 minutes for two bowls. I asked if I could get the next bowl free or discounted, was told no. Ask for the owners name & phone number, and Sophia, the kitchen manager, gave a 1-800 number. Good luck getting good service!

The server took made the burrito and bowl and then when asked to make a quesadilla, they said, “that has to be done as an online order” and PUT THE TORTILLA BACK INTO THE BAG!!! They refused to make a quesadilla even though they have both tortillas and cheese, and had already completed the rest of our order.
