Very dirty. After reading other reviews, I should have skipped this location. My order wasn’t ready, like others have mentioned. But the girl was nice enough to notice something was amiss and made sure my order got made. Not sure if someone took it but she did use the phrase “re-make.”

Not the happiest set of employees here. I was not greeted, asked how I may be helped – just a rude stare from one of the guys working at the beginning of the line. The girls weren’t any better, they didn’t talk or say anything. Just an awkward experience. They ran out of a few things by 2 pm on a Saturday. Place seems like it’s missing a manager. ♀️

Martha is the manager and treats online customers and delivery drivers like second class citizens. Customer ordered online at 10:30. Promise times were 10:50 and they didn’t open doors until 11am even though hours start at 10:45am. Order wasn’t ready until 11:10am which may not seem like a big deal except she knowingly served new customers and made their lunch and collected their money before even starting to make the online order because she only cares about sales and literally told me she has plenty of customers and business and that she did not care about online customers and paid delivery drivers. She actively made me wait since 10:30 when I accepted the order and not apologetic at all for the inconvenience.

Not sure what they pay their employees but it must not be enough. No pride in work here at all. More than half the time half the items aren’t cooked or being cooked they’re just unavailable because nobody working the grill. My Chipotle visits are done for good, every location within 20 miles of this one is about the same.

Ordered online. Bowl with steak and chicken (double protein) only got chicken. So I paid an extra $5 for nothing. Didn’t have my full order in the bag. No utensils. Absolutely ridiculous. With how expensive this is and how careless the employees and management are is embarrassing. Chipotle has really gone down the drain the last 5 years. Worse food. Worse service. And the worst part is They don’t care.

I am sorry to all who have received their online orders late, I believe I witnessed someone taking someone else’s online order. Not too long after they took it someone came in and could not find their online order for pickup and they had to remake it. This could be the same problem for all the late online orders. Food tasted good but I did also see the chef eating with gloves on and continued to cook very unsanitary. Staff were friendly in the prep area and even swapped gloves for an allergy. 2.5 star

I LOVEEEEEE THIS CHIPOTLER!! They workers are so nice and i have another chipotle 5 minutes away from me but i will ALWAYS drive the extra 10 minutes to get food from here! The food always hits even when there’s a rush and the don’t charge extra for extra rice like they do at the wsp location!! 100/10 recommend!!!!!!!

Horrible experience. Waited in line for 20 minutes while they prioritized online orders only for them to be out of chicken when they finally started serving customers in the store. I highly suggest management take the time to implement some lean processes into their system. This includes making sure the store is fully staffed, your employees are on time, and using common sense to provide a better customer service experience. It makes no sense why you would have a line that’s to the door and no employees in the front for over 20 minutes.

Several issues. 10 minutes late past pickup time. Our food was cold by that time, of course, since I watched it sit out on the prep counter for 10+ minutes as they apparently prepared several orders at once. However, only 3 other orders were completed in the time I was waiting. The employees kept walking around, to the back area. It wasn’t clear what they were doing. To top it all off, when I opened my food, a small fly was sitting right on top of my burrito bowl. Hopefully someone can come in and turn the place around. If not, it’s better off closed.

I order one Steak burrito with extra lettuce and bean and side of tortilla. Nothing else I received no steak in my burrito and the only thing extra that was given was cheese. When I tried to call ask for a remake they hung up on me. Its ridiculous that we have to have our delivery order from this location because THEY ARE THE WORST!!!
