I ordered online for pickup and when I got there it said my order was ready. The young men working shut the lights off and had signs on the door saying they were out of food. That definitely could have been handled better. A simple phone call would have been nice before I drove across town to get my non existent food.

I ordered one burrito barely any meat, customer service is fine, but they one wrapped my giant mostly bean and rice burrito in one tin foil wrap. Guess I didn’t notice it leaking juice and it fell through the paper bag onto my garage floor before I got the chance to eat it……….. sad 11 dollars wasted.

I went in with my bf and got a kids meal because I wasn’t that hungry. They didn’t even know that it comes with beans and rice and a drink. They just did the quesadilla. When I walked in there was music blasting and very inappropriate. I don’t mind as much but kids come in and shouldn’t have to hear that. I tried scanning rewards and ofc when I tried they said it worked and I still paid full price. I hate to be such a pain but they were so incompetent and rude. Did you forget why you’re here? It’s a job, act like it.

In at 7:45, place no one eating in the restaurant; every table was covered in burrito goo. No napkins available, ice and pop all over the floor. Asked for a rag so I could wipe off a table; cashier preceeded to slop water from a dirty rag on a table. Plenty of workers; place kinda filthy; bathroom was a disaster, made me wonder who cleans the food prep area.

The WORST chipotle. We ordered online and our order was disastrous. We ordered a burrito that we didn’t receive , the bowl literally had 5 pieces of chicken in and were a fraction of the portion you receive at any other chipotle location. We also ordered a side of queso and chips … chips are stale not even edible, and the queso lid was not closed tightly and spilled over everything.

I dont know what is wrong with this Chipotle… but there is a lot. Orders are always wrong. Everything is soggy and the bag always splits. If you order here your meal will be completely incorrect and dilapidated. This location is 0/10. I wish Doordash and UberEats drivers would follow the recommendation of not going here.

The 60 or 70 year old lady that serves you food at this location, Is one of the rudest workers I’ve ever met. My first encounter with her, my brother-in-law ordered a half serving of chicken and a half serving of some thing else, she told him NO he couldn’t do that. When the other employee did that she charged him for double the meat that he didn’t get. The second encounter that I had with her and all the people I was with had with her. She rolled her eyes anytime you asked for extra. I had a salad and she gave me the smallest amount of lettuce so I asked for extra, she rolled her eyes and mumbled under her breath when she grabbed me more. If you wonder why this chipotle is dead all the time it’s because of her. She has the worst attitude and is so rude. I will never be going back to this chipotle if she is working there.
