Worst chipotle of all time. They don’t even pay attention to the online orders. It’s like a slot machine every time I order. They throw in any toppings they want and have given me meat in my vegetarian bowl twice now. Couldn’t even eat majority of the bowl. 0/5 stars if possible. Manager does not seem to care. Also, the amount of dressing they gave me is a joke.

I’ve never experienced a chipotle as bad as this one. There were 7 employees standing behind the counter. We were the only customers in the restaurant. We stood there for 7 minutes and no one greeted us or asked us what we wanted. They were slapping eachother with tortillas and laughing. I just can’t believe the staff at restaurants these days. Service is completely non existent. We just left to go find another place to eat. Will not go back.

After about a year of not ordering chipotle at all because this locate messed up my order twice, my husband and I decided to give it another try. Big mistake. We placed and online via their app and picked it up. Once we got it home, our two chicken burrito bowls were two totally different burrito bowls with different meat and entirely different choices. We contacted the app and they did give us a 2 coupons for a new entire but they can’t even be used at the same time. They also expire in a month. So to use them we would have to go twice this month any pay for a second burrito each time if we both want to eat. So annoying and a giant headache. We will not be going back.

I have been buying in Chipotle for a decade. Today I had an experience which make me think not to go to Chipotle. A lady over here don’t want to give rice in the kids meal compartment instead of tortilla or quesadilla. She had even thrown the rice other person packed in thrash. There is not a Chipotle in Mpls that isn’t gross, unfriendly with bad service. Workers are no longer people who care to serve good food w integrity as they once claimed. It is the beginning of the end for this chain who sold their soul to the dirty and the dollar. Bring back the Mexicans who cook with heart!
