This was the 1st Chipotle that I have been in, in a long time that was actually CLEAN! The tables and chairs were not riddled with food from previous guest and the floor looked freshly mopped. Service came with a smile and they were pleasant.

Very kind service. A little leisurely but it was 9 pm and they were in cleaning mode obviously. Same delicious experience with my favorite Tea/Lemonade on tap. That lemonade always makes me happy.

Dirty and rude. The staff are disengaged with their customers. They are rude. When you ask for something you get a ,psht and an eye roll. Drinking beverages by the register. Music over the dining area could not be heard over the other music being played in the kitchen. Just shut off the lobby music. It’s maddening. All of the tables were dirty, floors were gross and the garbage was full. Pop spilled everywhere. Employees were too busy gabbing. My burrito was open when I got to the table. The whole side was just dumping out. I asked for a bowl and you would have thought I just insulted the lady I asked. There were too many people working that they had the time to stand around instead of working. I think I counted 12 people behind the counter. Won’t be back to this location….

We won’t be coming back to this chipotle. The worst part was the food. Found a piece of Bamboo on my burrito bowl and the chips were stale. The inside of the restaurant was dirty. We had an online order and it was so sloppy and not well done. Extremely disappointed. Worst chipotle we’ve had

Ate here last night and the chain continues to decrease in quality. The guy that started my order was super friendly. Gal that added my toppings and wrapped the burrito was not at all friendly and made a complete mess of the burrito (did not offer to remake). Cashier barely spoke to us. No napkins in the dispensers so I asked if I could get some, “sorry, we’re out.” There were at least 5 employees working and there is a Cub across the parking lot… Also only had one of their three Tabasco flavors out for customers to use, even though I saw that had multiple bottles of all flavors up on a shelf behind the counter. So sad as Chipotle used to be a regular (multiple times a month) stop for quick food, now we might go every 6 months hoping things have changed.

Had problems in the past with beverages not being there for pick up. My daughter politely asked about our beverages and staff acted offended and said they were in the bottom of the bag. Got home and beverages were not what we ordered but they were in the bottom of the bag so they did get that right!

I make a pot of rice at home when ordering from this location because they regularly put so little in the bowl. This is an “extra rice, light black bean” bowl which almost seems to be portioned backwards every time. I find it inedible as is – being 90% salsa and beans. Generally fast and normal with most portions, but the under portioned rice (and chips) are an ongoing issue.

This place is typical of any usual Chipotle you would find- Organized, nice staff who don’t frown at you if you ask for extra rice and has a pretty quick checkout. I have never stood extra time waiting in the line while the chef cooks something or the person serving the food, fills up the tray. Check this place if you are in Champlin!

The quality at this location has gone downhill. With my order of chips and guac, the chips were stale and the guac was brown and clearly an old batch. On the burritos the tortilla were stale. We threw away everything we ordered because it was old.

Current crew are awesome. Friendly, speak loudly enough for me to hear (has been an issue in the past) , and they seem to care about the quality of the burrito. When I ask for an ingredient to be about half the normal they actually put about half. Astounding. Seriously, normally such a request gets you the same sized scoop just maybe shaken a bit so it’s not quite so mounded.
