I’m not sure why so many people have had bad experiences here. I went at 2:45 ordered inside and took it to go. It was one of the freshest chipotle locations I’ve been too! My bowl was filled perfectly and the food tasted amazing! The only disappointment was that there was about 7 people working and only one guy on the line so he also had to work the register. I wasn’t in a hurry but could understand that being frustrating to some. Overall it was a great experience and I was very satisfied with my food and the workers being friendly. Would definitely return if I’m ever in the area again!

New Journey
I ordered it online and I requested extra rice and beans. When I came home and I opened my bowl and its not even half full. I eat there all the time and this is not even half of what I get. When I called the store to tell them my concerns, he said I am sorry you feel that way. Its not that I felt that way its what I got. Very disappointing and I know why chaska , MN location got very bad reviews. I recommend people to look their order before drive off.

I like the food here a lot, but the staff are really slacking on their work, will ignore you for a while and then barely put the stuff in your bowl, I pay like 2 bucks for guac and literally got a small scoup of it, if I ask for extra, Im attacked with those looks and make me feel guilty, I don’t understand what the problem is! Sorry if you think, Im being a karen, but go to the store and see for yourself! I work hard for what I pay and expect a bit of decent food quantity. And this is repeating which made me leave this review, sorry if Im hurting your feelings

It was slightly busy during lunch, as expected. The amount of food given on each varied with who is scooping. Food was good since you can build it. I would say it’s on the salty side, for meat and some veggies.

The juice machine is beyond dirty, the food was done half way. Will not be going back to this location and highly discourage anyone else from going there until the staff is properly trained.

If you are in the Chaska/Chanhassen area, this is a well functioning Chipotle. Except for an unusual uncooked rice event once, the food has been good consistently, and they have all the ingredients on the menu. Although I have not dined in, the place is kept clean.
