We had take out, and service was quick and friendly. But when I asked how long the wait for fajitas would be (the food container was empty), I was told they didn’t make fajitas today. Why not? There seem to be enough staff, didn’t they get peppers or onions today?

If I could give it a Zero I would. It was below zero and I had a baby in the car so ordered in the app to go though the drive through. When I got there no one would come to the window. One girl looked at me several times another came and was playing on the phone and drinking soda right at the window but would not acknowledge me. The shades were mostly down, chairs up and no outdoor lighting at 6:35pm. I should have learned the first time when my order was missing things. Stay far far away from this store.

I have been eating Chipotle regularly. This is de first time tha we had bad experience. The rice was not well cooked or I had the leftover. Also, we did not get the correct order. My wife had to wait in line 10 minutes for them to fix the order.

I personally enjoy this location compared to the Eden prairie location. They usually have all of the ingredients which are fresh! The staff is super friendly and it’s not usually too busy in the evening.

came in for lunch on a Thursday at noon. employee just standing around and told me they are only taking mobile order. It wasn’t’ even busy. Why even have a lobby if your only taking mobile order? Annoying!!!
