Well looks like I get to join the group of people who will never come back here again. This location is filthy, there was a small child (2 or 3 years old) pushing a mop bucket behind the counter next to the grill. Food all in the child’s hair. There is food everywhere. Glass is disgusting, counters/food surfaces haven’t been wiped at all. Then there is the service. No great greeting as I remember of this establishment. Multiple employees just standing around not helping customers or cleaning. Person who helped me needed training and couldn’t wrap the burrito. The just kind of folded the tortilla over and attempted to wrap it in foil to no success. Chipotle corporate should be addressing thos location. This all falls back on management. There is a serious lack of accountability being instilled in the employees by the manager. Again I will not cone back to this location. I reccomend you do the same. We went right at 11:00 when they opened. The place was filthy gross. The drink station was disgusting. Food and spilt pop all over and no napkins or forks??? How do they expect one to eat??? We sat outside and all of the tables were dirty from the evening before. I understand the short staffing BUT there were at least 7 employees in there and not one of them walked around beforehand? WOW…..just wow. What happened with the closing shift? They didn’t clean a thing? Makes you wonder how sanitary the kitchen is

App didn’t work, shocker. Went in to order, everything is dirty. Employees are nice and this, for the most part, is not on them. They seem to lack training. Maybe it’s overpaid under deliver time we live in. Either way, sloppy and slow. Fryer doesn’t work = no chips. Almost like McDonald’s doesn’t have ice cream, but in this case it’s a staple. I normally don’t leave reviews but in this case, having my kids with me, it was a talking point with them about quality, customer service, and providing the simple experience that should seem easy and satisfying to the customer.

I should have read the reviews first. Stepped up to order & the only meat available was chicken. Most of the other bins were also empty. It was only 7pm, closing wasn’t until 10pm. No one was making any effort to make more food. The restaurant was filthy & the staff was couldn’t have been more unfriendly.

This is the most disgusting chipotle I have ever been to. Floors are sticky grease on the doors and windows tables gross flys all over. Bathroom floor looks like it has not been cleaned in months. Not to mention they ran out of soap so they have a battery operated hand sanitizer dispenser as soap ♂️ Filthy and disgusting. I’ll never go here again.

Ordered 3 items ONLINE. Got to store to pick up and was told they had no burritos. EVERY item was missing what was ordered. NO burrito bowl had salsa, missing fajita veggies, missing lettuce, etc. I added a nice tip for the online order. We would e been happy if just 1 of the 3 meals was right.

I now see why this place is rated so poorly. Ordered online, order was 20 minutes late being ready (they weren’t busy), and was then incorrect – thank goodness I checked before leaving. They replaced steak with chicken without telling me because they were out of steak…at 6:30pm on a Saturday. I asked for a refund and they said I’d have to put a complaint in online or call – no way to refund in store. I was then asked to leave without them providing any solution. Very rude staff, dirty store, and don’t even have the common courtesy to let you know if they can’t complete an order, just try to slide one past you.

Walked into Minnetonka Chipotle, was told by worker we needed to order online. Ordered two bowls with chips and guacamole. Order said ready in 10 minutes, but took 25 minutes. Steak was dry. Didn’t receive chips and guacamole. Asked for the chips and guacamole and worker said they are out of chips. I said, I paid for them. They said, go online for refund. I will not go back to this Chipotle again.
