Terrible food. I love Chipotle but this was just bad. The guy rolling my burrito obviously had no idea what he was doing. He rolled it one way and then somehow turned it into a donut? I usually get pinto beans and I didn’t even want them here because of how squashed they were in the pan. And the steak was so dry it was like eating beef jerky.

Absolute worst chipotle I have ever been to. They screw up every single order. Today this was my $50 “2 chicken and fajita quesadilla” delivery order. 2 empty tortillas, no protein, no veggies, missing sides, covered in red hot sauce. Unreal. You would literally have to TRY to screw and order up this bad. This is not edible. Never again.

I don’t leave negative reviews often, but this location has gone downhill consistently over the years. They are poorly staffed in front and often low or out of specific common items (hard shells, meats/chicken, etc.). They seem to focus on additional staff in the back for to-go orders, so I tried that. Horrible experience, just slopped tacos together with no regard for instructions (light on x, extra on x, etc.), and never ready at promised time. Doors and google say 10:45am open, but the door has been locked multiple times past 11:30am. Pass and try the Thai place around the corner or any other establishment within walking distance. I have attempted to speak with a manager more than a few times before writing this review, though none have ever been “available”.

I walked in the door & was met with a snarky ‘online orders only!!’ I should’ve turned around & gone to punch pizza. This location was out of the corn salsa, guacamole, fajita veggies – all of which i put on my burrito bowl. I wasn’t told they were out, my bowl was just made without it. So I got steak, lettuce & rice… Yum

Really not a good chipotle. Place was dirty. There were wrappers on the floor in line and a hole uncut jalapeno. How it got in the customer line from the food prep area is beyond me. The glass was dirty…no ice in the ice machine. Burrito was not really wrapped just sort of folded. Was charged for a soda I didn’t order. Nobody working there seemed to care what was going on in the place. They should just close this location but it is probably making bank by all of the customer who order online.

Something wrong with my order every time I come here. Tonight, we ordered chicken and steak tacos and quesadilla we got pork in both. Ordered a large chip and large queso and got a small queso. We’ve complained about this location so many times to chipotle corporate that they don’t even refund or give us credit to use towards a future orders anymore.

Food quality has gone down! The Guacamole they were serving was brown & the store isn’t clean. The employees that work here pay no mind to complaints & will not reimburse anything back to you; you’ll only hear excuses. I DO NOT recommend this location.
