Dirty. Messy. Dingy. One of the worst experience at a fast food place. You can clearly tell employees do not want to be there – no facial expressions no greeting no nothing. The kitchen was so dark and dirty. The food looked disorganised and messy. They couldn’t wrap our burrito properly so they had to double wrap it which still turned out to be super messy. They serve FROZEN corn. It made my entire bowl of food go cold and it was so unpleasant chewing a frozen corn without expecting it. I pulled the tab on Doctor Pepper and it gave out white clear liquid. I tried a few times before giving up. The entire place is a mess and their excuse it that they don’t have “enough employees”. It’s not about numbers of people, it’s the efficiency and their attitude. They had enough people to spare one person to be cleaning the tables. Do not go there.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! I waited in line for over 20 minutes although there was only 3 parties in front of me – the people here move at snail’s pace. BUT the worst part of the experience is that I ended up not ordering anything because the place was disgustingly dirty. It was not a “we’ve had a long day dirty,” it was clear they haven’t cleaned in a long time. I even wiped my hand on the counter and dust was on my hand.

All of the employees were working at a snails pace, and it was very dirty. Workers were purposely going slow, as we heard them joking about it. Didn’t wrap my burrito all the way and left it with a huge tear. A worker was pouring new sour cream into the old, except both containers had various other things mixed in. An employee was wiping down the line and wiped a lot of the corn and other things on the table into the sour cream. Very very terrible experience, made me super angry. An employee threatened to spit in another’s food.

Horrible experience. We ordered online and while waiting we noticed the state of both the customer and employee areas. Food everywhere, sticky counters, no drink supplies, trash littered everywhere. Two employees were messing around throwing gloves at each other while one poor girl was working on online and customer orders when there was a line outside the door. No one was helping her. Other employees just standing there not helping. Gloves weren’t being changed after touching money and cash registers. I’ve never seen such poor management and filthy conditions. We left before getting our food, luckily we called and got a refund. Will never go there again.

The majority of the staff were standing around. They were running out of food, and when asked when it’ll be available, they just said, “I don’t know.” Another worker who was working asked another worker to help grab more food from the back to refill, and her response was, “You go grab it because you need it, not me.” The counter where they fulfill three orders were messy and not clean. Keep in mind they were super busy, and the line was long. I wouldn’t go back to that location as they didn’t seem to care about good customer service. They didn’t greet or thank their customers. Bad service!

this place is very unorganized, messy and the service is slow. my friend asked for steak in her bowl and the employee pointed at peppers and asked if that was it… the rice to other topping ratio was horrible and i got 3 huge chunks of steak fat. if i’m going to pay $11 for a bowl, i obviously deserve to get the correct portions. the floors were messy, there were several broken chairs, leaving very little seating options, the area by the fountain drinks was covered with food. anyways, i highly don’t recommend coming to this location, it’s not worth the 30 minute wait time.

The worst chipotle I have ever been to. Never put my order in the bag. Told me to get back in line when I told them. Wouldn’t give me a refund for my full order. Out of steak and chips by noon. Many employees just standing around in back laughing and joking. Employee told me, “You made the decision to come in here today.”

I have been to many different locations. This location had the worst service and food. The young persons who were filling the order were so stingy with the ingredients. They were out of some protein. The steak I received was burnt. I paid for a large portion of chips to go with the guacamole. The person put a few chips in a bowl without measuring it. Tell me how much should you receive?

As an old restaurateur…this place i can tell right away. Toxic workplace/ more of everyone is “friends friends”… Dirty presentation. Everyone in the back or line goffying off. I see like 3 managers in. All failing to give attention to the dining room…. GM is responsible for this action. And hopefully the area manager can handle this. And fast. But a little positive news the food taste great this time. Just get the people to clean the line and specially the dining room. Since its the 1 of the presentation. And its not that big!. Easy to take care off…
