Ordered the “Keithadilla” for the hell of it to see what the hype was about… let’s just say that I didn’t get what I ordered at all. The Keithadilla is supposed to come with steak, fajitas, corn salsa, sour cream, and the chipotle vinaigrette….I received a steak quesadilla and sour cream, no fajitas, no corn salsa, no vinaigrette. What is the point of featuring an item if you aren’t going to give the customer the featured item when they order it? Not to mention, the quesadilla I got was an absolute disaster. I made a complaint on the app and they gave me a reward for a free drink…what a joke.

Staff were rushing through, not listening, skipping over things i asked for and then getting annoyed when i repeated the order. I’m really not a picky person, but when i asked for sour cream they DRENCHED it to the point it’s almost inedible. $11 for a bowl with no add-ons, drink, or extras and it’s incredibly disappointing and unappetizing. Counters were also dirty af.

The tall black American lady on glasses is very rude to customers. She walks away on customer during an order because she was so impatient to listen to the order I want. Different people of race and color go out to eat and a good customer service should be provided. Please remove that lady from the store or maybe put her in the kitchen…. she is EXTREMELY RUDE. I lost my apetite afterwards.

Showed up around 9:45pm. I get they’re almost closing but they had 6+ staff members in store with everything broken down and put away for the night. If you have your hours of operation posted on your door until 10pm, you should be able to accommodate customers through that timeframe. Very lousy practices at this location. Wish the brand would hold someone accountable.

I ordered pick up for 9:20pm. The doors were locked when we got there even though theyre open until 10pm. When they finally let my boyfriend in the pick it up he quickly grabbed our (cold) food and brought it home. We open up our food to see the salsa we ordered spilled and leaking everywhere and the bowls watery and half empty. Very dissappointing..

Immediately walking into this chipotle, you’re greeted by the staff’s child who seems to be around 12-13 yrs old. This child is on the phone very loudly, wandering around the register area and in customer’s space. While he is on the phone he is cussing every other word very loudly, and shoving past customers to show his mother something on the phone he’s using. She would yell back at him instructions about some account. The staff very rudely informed me that they were out of chicken, white rice, quac and queso. Come to find out after I had already altered my order and was leaving, that they weren’t actually out. She just didn’t want to go make or get more out. She only did so when customers waiting for mobile orders persisted that she do. I ordered my steak burrito, replacing white rice with brown, and sans queso and quac, and was attempting to say I’d like to order a kid’s quesadilla. I was cut off and told that she was gonna help the next customer. My food was shoved to the register and I told the employee at the register that I also was needing a kids quesadilla. She said I should have ordered that at the beginning. I explained that I tried and the first employee cut me yet again to say “whatever. She ain’t say nothing to me.” They made me go back to the end of the line just to order a kids quesadilla, no sides or anything else. While I was finally paying for my food, the employee at the register had stopped ringing me up and interrupted me 3 times to ask if people waiting had a mobile order. She then stopped ringing me up to talk to a customer about a bowl that was made completely wrong. She apologized then told him he’d have to get in line if he wanted it remade. I’m so disappointed by this location and will never return. I am 5 months pregnant and do not need to be getting shoved by employees cussing children just to get a poorly made burrito. When I left I got home and opened the food. The quesadilla was full of cold, unmelted cheese.

I work here and I I can tell you worse job ever we literally work like slave always understaffed and today it was 4 people on my closing shift I been at work since 2:30 pm doing grill and serving and doing cash register I was told to do all the dishes before I leave or I was getting a write up nobody ever dose the dishes store is over dirty today I just might quit all the employees just leave and don’t do nothin

What a absolute joke this place has failed miserably every single time I’ve tried it!I don’t know why I haven’t learned I ordered two quesadills today well they forgot the cheese in not one but both of them so it was some super burnt trash chicken and burnt fajita veggies with no cheese. Terrible like always I wish I would’ve learned but I wait about a year in-between tries and it’s only gotten worse.
