I think this is the best Chipotle I have been to. Friendly staff, really clean, my bowl was a perfect blend of all the ingredients. Their Chips actually are restaurant style, with just a hint of salt and lime. Most of the Chipotles I have been to its so over powering.

It was the weekend, I asked for a bowl to go,usually I like going there, this time there was not enough carnitas, the lady was giving me the leftovers, so I said I didn’t want that, next thing she got a container full of carnitas, which I thought was warm already. Once I started eating it at home, I realized it was COLD. Chipotle, you should hire more caring employees.

I sent my Boyfriend to go and get me chipotle I get my usual order , a burrito with half steak and half shredded beef, brown rice and black beans with everything on there . He comes home and the burrito is ICE COLD I can’t take it back because by then they’re already closed , I’m starving so I decided to eat it anyway, as I take a few bites it tastes so weird like the food is old especially the meat I instantly feel like I’m going to be sick , I’m mad because we both ended up throwing our food away and this is the 2nd time we’ve had this problem with chipotle I’ll definitely be reporting this to the better business bureau.

If I could zero stars I WOULD. I’ve been going to this chipotle faithfully about 3-4x a week, don’t judge me. I used to really enjoy this location due to a few workers that have been there’s for years and always give great customer service. Sometimes I have a few issues but easily FIXED. However tonight was my LAST straw with this location as a whole. There has been MULTIPLE times where I’ve went to get food one hour or two before closing and they stopped cooking their food. They will say “ oh this is being saved for online “ and I’ll settle for something else. This night they wanted me to eat brown rice because they’re saving the white rice for online and I said I don’t eat brown rice can I just order some now. He then told me “ no “ I said “ so if I don’t want the brown rice I just can’t get any rice “ and he said yes basically. So I left, I feel so undervalued as a loyal customer. I also feel that it wouldn’t had made a difference if I stood there and ordered my food online or if he made my food during the line. The closing time is 10 pm there’s no reason it should be closing down the way it does and it’s still open for business. They refused my service and I will not be coming back to this location.

Burritos and bowls are yum, my go to is the barbacoa burrito bowl. Always get a side of cilantro, last time I got the burrito. I do miss the lime wedges they used to have though. Good for meat eaters or vegetarians.
