Food flavor was good. But I went there on a Saturday at 8:30pm, the first lady in line was very fast but kind of snappy, but the person at the sauces was very slow, she had like 6 orders in line bc the first person was fast. So, you just have to be patient but you’ll get your food. Cold, but yoi’ll get it.

The front door was locked, but it’s ok, the little side one was open so we walked right in… (it was 11am, so we good). Yeah this place was clean and the food portions were excellent – I was a wee bit worried based on some themes I’ve read about on the Chipotle Reddit sub about portion cuts, but I can definitely say that in-person at this location, you get what you pay for. Excellent. Will be back.

I have experienced everything that has been posted on here, so I don’t feel the need to repeat it all. The thing that made me stop going here was the huge hole I found in my burrito. My husband bought it and deducted the hole must have came from the lady with the long nails who made the said burrito. That was gross enough for me to stop going there altogether. Do the owners just not care? How long can they stay open with this kind of service?

Just wanted to drop a compliment. The man making the food at your store 5901 94th Ave N Brooklyn Park, MN around 2pm made the best burrito bowl I’ve ever had at any Chipotle! Portion was prefect, Service was great! I’ve been to quite a few in my day. You need a bunch like him! Great Job!

The staff are not clear on portion and sizes. Shanice specifically charged for extra rice as she claims my bowl was “filled with rice” which she didn’t state was being charged until I noticed much later. It’s ridiculous you would charge extra for something when the bowl only had rice, beans, and sour cream. What’s even more disappointing is the server added corn to my other bowl out of mistake and I told her it’s fine (and I hate corn) out of sheer respect to the line, the amount of rice that was ready, and time we had to wait as is. That’s what I guess you get for being respectful. This location needs to improve on their customer service skills.

Always fast. I’ve been to many Chipotles but the food always tastes good at this location only!! Even the chips, never stale. This is the only one I’ve continued to go to since they’ve opened.

Order was supposed to be done at 8:40 for pick up. Waited at the window for five minutes before anybody even acknowledged me. When the girl came to the window, I said picking up because she just stared at me. What’s the name she says, so I give it to her. 10 minutes goes by and I still don’t have my food. Some dude comes to the window and says what’s the name, so I repeat it again. We don’t have your order made yet. We are all out of white rice so all we have is white rice is that OK – Fine I say and he laughs and walks away. It’s now 20 minutes beyond my pick up time. I will never frequent the stupid restaurant again And if I could’ve rated at a negative number I sure would have!

The last 3 times I have picked up my meal it has been cold , incorrect , with terrible customer service, I got home and called when I realized it was extremely wrong and I was told to call management. The manager never answered and the voicemail was full. The one time I spoke to the manager he said next time I come in I would have a free meal. When I went back I was told there was nothing on file and manager said that they knew nothing about it. Terrible customer service! Champlin restaurant is soooooo much better. I will never go back after repeated issues.

I’ve never seen a team hustle like the crew at the location on 94th Ave in Brooklyn Park MN. They stepped in seamlessly for one another to keep the orders flowing. Deducted one star because they had the music going pretty loudly (yeah, that makes me sound old), but my order was to-go, and if loud music keeps that crew happy, go for it.
