Absolutely the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. Dry rice, dry meat all balled up into a flavorless and unsightly concoction. I remember when this place first opened the food was great and the meat tasted grilled, now it tastes boiled. The quality is even worse if you order on DoorDash.

The worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. I ordered takeouts of two bows and both with steak via chipotle app. Steak in both bows were burned and dry as my 10 year old belt. I submitted feedback on the chipotle app and requested to notice the Restaurant. It has been more than one week since I submitted feedback, and they have been absolutely silent. Please avoid this place and vote helpfully if this ever happened to you.

Literally everything was filthy and food-covered, including the cashwrap where you pay. I have never seen ANY fast food place in decades of living that was this disgusting. It was like a food fight had broken out. It was everywhere, and no tables were spared. So incredibly gross. Luckily we were only there from the hotel across the street to get some drinks. There’s no way in hell I would have eaten there–not then, and certainly never ever moving forward. Just unspeakably revolting.

Best chipotle experience of my life. We ordered chicken tacos and a black berry Izzie for myself and a quesadilla and sprite for my girlfriend. Her order came just how she wanted. Mine however had a few lovely customizations. First off my “chicken” tacos. The team at Chipotle did a wonderful job rolling up my tacos into a baseball sized lump so that by the time I unrolled it and peeled the tacos apart from each other (ripping the tortillas during the effort) I discovered to my absolute joy that they hadn’t included the chicken. Instead I had a soggy lump of tortilla, sour cream, corn, and pico. Good on the team at Chipotle for knowing I had an unhealthy chicken addiction that needed to be curbed. In addition to my vegan baseball tacos, I also received a present I didn’t order. A brown rice, pinto bean, and veggie bowl. No meat, no toppings. I gotta give it to them they really are committed to forcing me into veganism. And finally my blackberry izzie. I get it, maybe they didn’t have one and this was a genuine swap. But it’s just really the cherry on top. Thanks for having my best interest in mind Chipotle. I’m currently searching for the top vegan diets and another dinner for tonight.

All signage in restaurant indicates that they have private bathrooms for customers. When I tried to enter the bathroom with the code at the bottom of my receipt, an employee told me they were only for employees. Due to this misleading tactic, I was later forced to urinate under a bridge. Deceptive service.

I literally spent a total of $16 and it was for delivery for EXTRA chicken and didn’t even get extra it was the bare minimum, you guys gotta step it up! Chipotle ain’t it nowadays I haven’t ordered from here in awhile but wanted to try it and wasn’t expecting a bowl with so little chicken when I literally ask EXTRA and it was extra charge. Great.
