We ordered to go from the Warren street location on 9/1/2023 after 9PM just to see a young man eating a taco on the food line OVER THE FOOD that they serve! I guess maybe he didn’t get to take his lunch break earlier. He then continued to make our food with only one glove on. The food was sub par and very cold! It was so disappointing to work a 16+ hour shift and get a meal that completely sucked!!!! Thanks but no thanks

Ordered food from doordash on July 23rd 2023. The food was very salty ordered chicken bowl and burrito and all of them were same salty taste. Have given feedback to doordash. But someone working in the kitchen isn’t doing things right. The amount of salt is too much to handle. I am not sure if any other people felt the same but that is not right. It concerns the health isssues as well as we are not paying to get salty or tasteless food. No complaints on other days. The food used to taste good. But the food was unbearable this time.

Chipotle is mostly good about keeping GF items away from Non-GF items; however, there are times when my friend with Celiac Disease has ordered GF food and has gotten sick from cross-contamination. My friend and I eat at Chipotle pretty regularly and I’d say that maybe 90% of the time my friend doesn’t get sick, but it has happened more than a handful of times in the past year. It’s kinda overpriced for the limited amount they seem to offer.

The food is good and the workers are nice, but it would be nice if they could come up with a better system for doing online orders at the same time as serving in person customers. There were maybe 10 people ahead of us in line and we waited 30 minutes.

Chipotle at this location has super friendly staff and even more friendly management. The food is always great for fast quality mexican food that’s is crafted with quality ingredients. They serve various bottled beer and on the spot made margarita’s with quality liquor.

We just stopped for a take home dinner order & gave our specific add-on ingredients & I have to believe that none of the customers in line received what they ordered because we certainly didn’t! Lots of orders were coming thru fast & furious & the checkout staff didn’t know who’s were who’s! Very disappointing experience.

Ordered through pickup and when I got there 10 minutes after it was supposed to be ready it wasn’t there. Had to wait until the line died to speak to a guy and when I did he said they had to remake the order. I got my order 10 minutes later and when I got to my tacos they were frozen cold. I also ordered three tacos and only got 2 which is great. Halfway into my first taco I bit into a bone the size of a squirrels testicle(pictures included) and needless to say this is my last trip to chipotle. The only reason I give this 2 and not one star is because of the employee that gave me a free drink for my wait I really appreciated that.
