Worst chipolte meal I have ever had! Somehow, everything tasted like crab or seafood. Rice was completely undercooked. I know it’s new, but they need to get some better training on a cooking standpoint. Service was really good though.

If I could give this chipotle a – number I would went there around 6:00pm on the 18th. Service was very very slow wasn’t even busy. Everyone on the line was running into each other. Never once have I had an issue with chipotle but this time was enough. Our burritos wherent even burritos and we had to eat them with knifes and forks when we got home.

Came at 2pm with a few customers eating. Everything was filthy and has not been wiped down for a very long time. No clean tables. Cashier’s excuse was “shift change”. Signs everywhere “no utensils “. Guacamole was brown, steak dried out and brown rice not quite cooked. I love Chipotle, however won’t be back here. Waste of good money.

The food was good. I was very disappointed that I had to wait in line for a pickup order that was paid for. They have a window for pickup orders but all of the orders were behind the counter. The staff were very friendly and patient with me. I had a case of the Hangrys!

The foods great, but the traffic jam this places causes is awful. During lunch hour the parking lot is dangerous and just an accident waiting to happen. The digital pick-up lane is in the way of all traffic going in and out of the parking lot. If this is a problem now, then just imagine how much worse this is going to get when Starbucks opens up next door. Also, can we talk about how the digital pick up lane is supposed to be a speedy alternative? Yah there is absolutely no speed to it. I waited in line for 45 minutes and there wasn’t even a line! This place may have good food, but the extremely long wait for already ordered ahead food and the traffic jam horror is not worth it. I’ll go some place else for my food. Waste of my time, money, and gas to come here.

Who doesn’t love cold things in their burrito on one side, with the hot stuff on the other? I mean why mix it right? I love chewing a bunch of cold rice. I dunno, I’m not sure if that is specific to this location, seems to happen at all the chipotles I’ve been to and why I don’t get it often. I got drive-thru which I had ordered ahead and was a fast pickup at least. Place looked clean from the outside.

I ordered drive-thru pickup through the app. Pulled up to the window, and no one was there for a few minutes. Saw the app said they were running late, and it’d let me know when to pick up the food. I parked. 20 minutes after the food was supposed to be ready, I walked in. It had been at the window the entire time

I have come 3 times now. Each time some part of my order is forgotten or left out. Whether it be sides or ingredients. And now this last time, undercooked crunchy rice, soggy fall apart in your hands burrito. G/F had ingredients forgotten in her tacos, and forgot our side of chips. When we called and asked if we could have new food (cuz it was un-eatable) he said he knew they made a bad batch of rice and couldn’t remake it, but could offer a soda or chips. Hopefully this is new business pains, but 3 strikes, might need to be out.

Not very impressed. I put my order in online for the drive up for 12:10 and I got in line at 12:10 only to wait 30 minutes in line and be greeted with cold food and no utensils to eat it with. It kinda seems like they might need to just do away with the drive up. Not worth $28.
