We did a pickup order and didn’t check the bag when we grabbed it. As soon as we got home we opened it up, ready to enjoy, and our food was super smashed. One of our burritos (as you can see in the photo) is only around 3.5-4 inches in length/width (because it’s round). Our other food is also in bad shape. We are really disappointed in this last experience.

This is the 26th Chipotle we’ve been able to visit. This location ranks in the top three of those locations. Great portions, everything was available at the line. The tables were clean and the staff were very friendly. The seating design here is unique and varied with a great outside patio space available. Highly recommend this Chipotle.

I have never seen so many dirty tables in my life. The entire establishment was absolutely filthy. The drink station was disgusting, there were wrappers everywhere, trash cans overflowing, and they were out of napkins. I’ve worked in the restaurant business for 2 years and it only takes 5 minutes to fix this problem, but clearly staff are too lazy to wipe down a table. Food was fine and service was fine, just one of the filthiest restaurants I have ever stepped foot in.

I’m normally a big fan of Chipotle. However. I paid 16 dollars for a burrito to be door dashed to me. Delivery was quick and all but the burrito was so tiny. I ordered a double wrapped burrito with all the goods and it was smaller than my hand. Flavor was good as usual. But amount was very disappointing.

This location is a complete dump. Every table in here is filthy, and the drink station is disgusting. Service is not friendly, manager on duty definitely wasn’t. Even after saying we wanted light hot, the guy on salsa was about to do green on my husband’s bowl. Once we made it to cash, salsa guy mixed up our bowl with another guy in line. He labeled some bowls and not others? Also, there isn’t anybody working the night shift right now that has their hair properly tied back. Everyone has loose strands hanging in front of their faces and long loose ponytails, and a guy with dreads covering his face. Very disappointing location.

I’ve never experienced a filthier place than this Chipotle. Tables, chairs, and floor were covered in food and stickiness. Trash cans overflowing. Felt like a dump fast food place, not Chipotle. Portion sizes were small, chips were chewy, and gave my kid bad fruit. Also, men’s bathroom was disgusting. Chipotle, you need to change your management ASAP!
