Have had several issues here…prefer the Algonquin location. The latest was my mobile order included a bowl with double steak. But when we got it home, we discovered there was no steak. The label was correct…just no steak. Tried to call so it would be ready when we arrived back again. No luck. You can only talk to a robo order taker. Tried to resolve online…got a coupon for s regular free entree…which was nice…but didn’t cover the cost of the missing double steak bowl.

DO NOT GO HERE, YOU’LL GET FOOD POISON!!! Last year I got food poisoning from this chipotle. I refuse to go back especially now that I’m pregnant. My husband got some for his lunch yesterday and had food poisoning last night and this morning. This place is clearly does not follow cleanliness and safety standards

Terrible customer service. Restaurant seems to be run by children. “Shift manager” (short person who looked maybe 18?) made a huge scene disrupting everyone instead of trying to make a situation right. Left the store feeling disgusted and disrespected.

This looks like soup… I work out in crystal lake this is the worst experience of chipotle I have ever had specially with an online order. I asked for extra rice and there’s barely a scoop currently in this bowl I asked for extra beans there are none in this bowl. There’s is less than a scoop of chicken. So what I am assuming happen was my bowl had the ends bits of the tin tubs of food they serve. I didn’t order during a busy time either. I am not going to back to this location during my lunch again and have my time wasted.

This location always makes a mistake with our orders when placed online. Always. Once, they made all four of the bowls ordered with fajita veggies, and nobody ordered them! The label they put on the lid stating what should be inside is a joke, they put whatever they want in. Today, a co-worker’s delivery order had beans added, and there is no mention of beans on the receipt. She can’t eat her lunch now. Look at lots of the reviews, pick a different place to eat.

I placed order for pickup I asked for fajita veggies didn’t get any asked for brown rice got white rice asked for half chicken and alpastor got tiny amount of chicken and food was cold asked for less sour cream it was loaded with sour cream was this some kinda joke I posted it on Tik Tok with picture of my ordet receipt caption what I got compared to what I ordered everyone put captions it wasn’t funny tried to call of course u can’t I wanted to bring it back but I was so angry I thought it best for me not to go up there my advice make sure your order is right before you leave unbelievable and I always get food from this Chipotle and this is the first time this happened I’m so disappointed with how my food was prepared and I didn’t get what I ordered so I just threw it away.

Today around 3:15 my wife and I have never had an experience like we did today at this or another location. First we stood in line for almost 10 min while the young lady behind the counter swept the floor basically ignoring us Then finally taking our order she moved our food to the next station while taking orders from several others making us wait even longer just to return to finish preparing our order while another young girl was wondering in the dinning room doing absolutely nothing. Half the bins of food were almost empty not allowing normal proportions to be served. After all of this waiting there was not one table in the dinning area clean, on top of that no napkins available in the dinning room. This is by far the absolute worst experience not only in a Chipotle but any restaurant we have ever been in. No management at all in the store at all.. All young individuals that could care less about anything, this store should just be shut down if they can not staff it.
