I walked in and no one was in line. They all looked at me and then looked away as if I wasn’t even there. I had to speak first and place my order. They seemed to have no concept of customer service or perhaps in need of diversity training. They also still have a sign up stating they serve beer, but when I asked if it was coming or sold there, they told me they used to sell it, but don’t anymore. They seemed to be confused that I would even ask, but I’m confused as to why they still have non-applicable signage up. I think I’ll try Currito next time.

This was my first time trying Chipotle. The food was good and a lot of choices to pick from. I tried the burrito with beans and steak. It was a bit pricey though, that kind of spooked me away from trying something new off the menu.

They are too slow. I ordered for pickup and they prepared my food 10 minutes after the promised time. When I came home and opened the bag, the taco my wife ordered was missing. She stayed hungry.

I have been grabbing a burrito bowl for lunch from here for a few weeks. Fast in and out. . Yesterday I ordered a steak burrito bowl. Should have been called a grizzle bowl. It was so bad, that every bite I took I had to spit out because the steak was all tough grizzle. Yuck! Ended up throwing out my $13 burrito bowl. Really disappointing and will not go any more. Don’t order the steak if you go.

I waited for an online pickup for 25 minutes past the pickup time all to find out the internet went out and the order was never received. I kept being told “just another minute..just another minute.” I understand things break, but then this should have been told to me when I got there. The manager was walking around looking half asleep and then kept ducking in the back, leaving the poor guy at the register by himself to deal with 20 online orders that were never received and ringing up all the people in line. Every single time I come to this location there is an issue. I ended up having to leave without the order I placed because I didn’t have another 30 minutes to wait for them to write down everyone’s order and go make it.
