Staff was rude especially the female cashier who just walked away while my order was on the counter. The only nice person was a tall skinny young man making the food. Every table was dirty and the fountain machine was out of multiple drinks. Garbage cans were overflowing. This place needs management and good help

By far the worst chipotle experience I’ve had. The staff was extremely rude and the restaurant was a mess. 90% of the tables were dirty. The garbage was overflowing and the soda fountain dispenser was out of several drinks. One of the staff was informed and she just rolled her eyes. I took photos of the tables and garbage and the female cashier thought I was taking photos of her so she grabs her phone and starts taking photos as well.

I have never been to a more disorganized, dirty restaurant ran by clueless teenagers. The kid taking our order made the bowl but kept having to wipe his hands on his dirty apron. They were out of vegetables and guac, which is always the case at this location. When I asked for 2 tortillas, he didn’t know to how cook them, and just cooked them at once. I didn’t realize they were raw until I had made a burrito at home from the bowl and was eating it. After the kid made our food, he put it in a bag and walked away. No one was at the register and I was standing for a minute before asking someone to check me out. Another kid told me I could just take the food. I told him I hadn’t paid for it yet and he looked surprised but then didn’t help me checkout. He just continued making his online order. I waited another minute and finally a kid with dreadlocks covering his entire face and eyes (possibly a health code violation) came to check me out. I told him I had not received the chips and drink for the kid’s meal, he rudely told me I needed to ask for that in the beginning and then walked away without saying anything. He then came back gave me the chips bag and rang me up. He didn’t give me a receipt so I asked and he began arguing with me that he had. I asked for another receipt, he gave it to me and then just stared at me as I left. The food was terrible. Taco Bell would have been better. We will never return to this location again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. There was a young woman behind the counter today that gave customer after customer so much attitude that I saw people leave mid-order. When she gave me attitude about not knowing how to refund me for a drink and how I should’ve seen the tiny post-it on the machine that said they were out of Diet Coke before I ordered a drink, the manager came out to help only because I refused to leave without a refund. I told the manager about the incredibly poor service & attitude I received. She apologized & said she would talk to the employee, but she didn’t pull her and the girl continued to treat multiple other customers with disrespect. The fajitas were so undercooked that all I could taste was onion. I will absolutely not be back. It’s unfortunate because I’ve supported this location ever since it first opened because the owner attended a church I used to attend. Not sure it’s the same owner anymore, but things sure have changed.

We’ve been going to this location off and on because it’s close to home and gotta say it usually disappoints. Very often rice is undercooked (really?), mobile orders aren’t ready on time, and the dining area is filthy. Sorry guys, we can’t keep waiting and hoping for things to improve, just gonna start driving farther to other locations instead.

Got here understandably late at 10:45 (15 minutes before closing). Staff refused to serve us even though all food was still out and every employee was just standing around. I’ve never been refused – even 2 minutes before closing – at a chipotle. Just bizarre and staff was rude/condescending about the whole thing. He told us he could only serve us if we ordered on the app. After explaining that I had tried to order at 10:35 and it didn’t work, he said “well, we do close in 15 minutes” followed by a blank stare. Worst experience with chipotle that I’ve ever had.

Service could be improved with a better method for managing expectations of customers waiting in line while staff switches gears to filling online orders. Especially putting part of customer’s order together. Staff slides in-person orders back. Then jumping ahead of them with 5 to go orders while the customer’s food gets cold and customer waits without acknowledgment mid-order, just wanting to get the last 3 toppings on. Waiting…Waiting.
