I just placed an order for pick up. They forgot my chips and gave me a regular size drink instead of large. This is the 2nd time this location misses the chips from my order. Double check your orders before leaving the store.

i’ve been to this location multiple times and it’s jus getting worse and worse. too many careless young people or not a good enough manager leading and supervising them. they focus on online orders while ignorning the standing customers. the meat is always OLD when i go , especially the steak it sits in those pans unstinted for so long it’s literally black . i’ve managed food service before and this is jus unacceptable and lazy . the front line ALWAYS looks disgusting food slopped everywhere across the counter . i went last night and newbie made my bowl unsupervised and literally put everything in the bowl in sections instead of all on top of each other like any other chipotle which is annoying to eat like that . then i had to wait 10 mins for him to figure out how to ring me out which is not his fault it’s the MOD fault . then i get my bowl to finally eat & there’s onions and peppers in my bowl , which i did not order but since they are so careless making bowls and keeping the line clean they must of fell in w. the chicken , which was also very dry and had been sitting. i went a hour and a half before close they refused to make more white rice which should be on stand by . then my guacamole had a seed of some sort in it that could of broke off one of my brackets had i chewed it any other way , whole hard chunks of avocado in the guacamole which took up half the container it’s self so i didn’t get what i paid for really . and the lettuce in my bowl wasn’t even chopped . they are carless and rush w. everything. it jus shows how lazy and how much pride they put into feeding others. 0/10 . go to a different location. corporate needs to overlook this story and enforce everyone be retrained.

I’ve never had such a bad experience at a place that I walked out before even ordering. I waited in like for 20 minutes and there were only 4 people in front of me, music was blasting with not one but two different songs at the same time, the place was dirty, and the line didn’t budge. I walked out. Last time I went here, the meat was burnt and the chips were stale.

What a absolute filthy place this Libertyville location is.. I thought it was just a one time thing but no… last 3 or 4 times not a single clean table inside or out. snot, dip, beverage drops, food drippings all left for you to dine on. no garbage cans outside, door locked so you cant get back in from outside dining. windows and doors gross as well. Congrats Libertyville you are on track to become west waukegan soon.. Oh yah and the service was puzzling as well .. I watched the guy take 3 mins to was his hands, dry them .. use sanitizer , wipe that off, pick at something for another min, decide on which gloves he was gonna wear, all without any sense it was lunchtime for us waiting in line who might have to get back to work . All while 4 others stood around staring but ignoring the mess around them behind the counter .. never again will i go in this place

Simply put, this staff doesn’t care. Every time I go to this Chipotle (and mind you, only reason I go is because it’s close to my job and open late after work) they always get something wrong. Missing Guac. No cheese. Barely any rice. Basically anything I ask for, they either forget or just probably don’t care. And that’s fine. But try to not to care on your break and learn to read order instructions. So over this location. Do better. I’m getting tired of writing customer support and having to take pictures of my bowls to further prove you guys never do anything right.

Poor customer service!! Multiple employees were working on door dash orders and ignoring the customers in front of them. 4 feet away and nothing. I waited my turn to get to the counter and once standing in front of the employees they didn’t even look up or acknowledge I was there. I understand getting busy and trying to catch up but ” I’m sorry for the wait I’ll be right with you” goes a long ways.

I Had To Give 1 Star In Order To Post Anything. Which I Would NOT Have Given Any Star. I DO NOT Recommend Anyone To Go To This Place, We Came To This Place And Stood There Waiting For Someone to Wait On Us Or At Least Acknowledge Us Waiting. Nobody Came To See What We Wanted Until 10- 15 Minutes Later, And When They Finally Did Come, The Girl Had An Attitude And Just Flopped Our Food Into The Bowls As If It Bothered Her To Wait On Us. We Paid For Our Food, Then She Immediately Just Walks Away And Didn’t Say Thank You Or Nothing. Then We Finally Get Home To Eat And Our Guacamole Is Not Even Mashed We Had Chunks Of Avocado That Was Hard And Not Ripened. Meats Were Not Good, It Was All Fat That Got Put In Our Bowls. I Definitely Will NOT Recommend This Place To Anybody.
