Was 10 minutes late to pick up my order then waited another 15minutes for them to finish it. I’d be fine with it if they were busy but I would have gotten my food quicker if I just hopped in line. They served a family and 3 other people. All while knowing my name and what order I was waiting for. Just to then get the order wrong?! Few bad experiences at this restaurant only go there because it’s the closest one to home. Will be driving the extra 20minutes for the next closest.

I went in and ordered white rice, beans, and cheese, which in every other location is a 3-pointer. I asked the “manager” why it was being charged as a veggie and all she said was she “didn’t know.” She gave me extreme attitude and was very rude. I asked her for a manager and she said she was one, but for a manager I expected someone who acted like one. She was immature and petty, once I asked for her name she completely ignored me and started talking to the next person. I think as a manager she was completely rude and she should not have a job there. I didn’t care that I needed to pay extra but it’s the fact that she gave me that attitude. This chipotle needs to hire better people that give good customer service. Extremely disappointed.

Food bowls are not filled on time. I ordered salad bowl, but there was only a few leaves remaining. I asked to add steak, the steak bowl was conmletely empty, I had to take chicken instead. Corn bowl was also almost empty, he had to scrap the bowl to give me a little corn. At the end I got only half portion of what I usually get. It was very dissapointing 🙁

My husband and I come in every Saturday & Sunday. It’s very frustrating. We order double Chicken and that’s not what we get. 4 oz as it states in the Chipotle site is one serving of Chicken. We are only getting 2 oz, so we order double chicken to get about 4 oz! They are ripping us off, we are paying extra for Chicken because very rarely is there 1 person that does it right.

Used to come here a lot, had stopped coming for a while because they messed up my order a few times in a row. Just came in today for a salad and it is so salty I can’t even eat it. Literally throwing away this whole bowl of food. So salty it like hurt my mouth?? Never even experienced that before, absolutely ridiculous.

This is the closest Chipotle to my house and I used to come here a lot, but the last two visits have been very disappointing. Both were off-peak weeknights (I think both were on a Tuesday) during regular dinner rush time, but neither night was busy — only one person ahead of me as I walked in one night. Basically, not at all busy for a Chipotle.
