Hit or miss. We order pick-up almost once a week. Sometimes the food is exactly as expected and our family of 6 are really happy. Other times (like today) our bowls and burritos are half empty. My chicken/Sofritas bowl had a teaspoon of Sofritas and a few pieces of chicken. Sometimes the rice is dry and the greens are wilted. Just disappointing. If you’re a gambling person, cross your fingers you get a good day! If you want what should be the norm for every store, go to a different store.

This was the freshest Chipotle lunch i’ve ever gotten at any chipotle ever. Whenever I order from Chipotle for pickup there’s usually always something small wrong; soggy lettuce, guac too spicy, chips are stale. But today…I literally got a perfect order. Everything was super fresh and prepared very quick. This chipotle gonna be my go to.

the many bad reviews at this chipotle location almost drew me away but my mom convinced me to go inside. i know everyone’s experience is different but when i went inside the people were smiles and the atmosphere was nice. the store was kept together very well. my chicken burrito was made with not only fast speed but care, the guy making it was not stingy with any toppings. i will be coming back and i had to leave a good review to let people know how great this place was and to take this review as a realization that everyone has different opinions and experiences.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could. Ordered a chicken burrito, with rice, beans, sour cream and cheese but when I went to pick it up it looked like they gave me half a burrito. When I took it inside to ask about the size I was told its smaller because of the ingredients I ordered. I understood this but told her that I’ve ordered this many times and it was never this small before (this is only slighter larger than the label on the burrito) to which the girl at the counter responded it is what it is. So I went down the street to the closest chipotle and ordered the exact same thing.

After being a loyal customer of Chipotle for over 15 years, I can no longer stomach eating here. I ordered catering (an expensive order, I might add) from this Chipotle online back in May and my personal information from that order was shared last week on TikTok this past week by an employee at this branch. The video went “viral” and has resulted not only in online bullying but dozens of harassing phone calls and texts. The food is not worth the risk to my security or emotional health. I would highly recommend thinking twice before ordering from this place. (I had no contact with any of the employees before or during this order so I have no idea why they chose me to be the victim of their sick humor.)

Had been really good service here. But terrible recent experience… no forks in drive through order, I had to come all the way back and the man brings out 1 fork for 3 bowls. That’s besides one of the bowl all crushed and smallest possible size of serving!!!
