I do traveling sales. I honestly eat chipotle about 4 times a week. I always order the same thing. Boring but I like what I like. This location did have a friendly staff. My only knock is their extremely small protein portions. I always get double protein bowl. This was the size of a single at best. I was worried when I seen the person in front me order. I literally thought his tacos might be a kids meal.

Hands down the WORST Chipotle I have ever been too. The entire staff was stoned and the place was filthy. The bathrooms had urine completely covering the seat! One staff member in particular was extremely high and acting very creepy. I had asked for a small portion of salsa in my burrito and he proceeds to take the largest scoop possible, smiles at me, and dumps in my burrito. Then he was unable to properly wrap the burrito. Didn’t even try! The second I opened the wrapper it fell apart. Unprofessional staff, subpar food, and filthy counter tops make this the worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. Do yourself a favor and just go to the Portillo’s next door. Avoid this location at all costs!

Placed an online order and 15 minutes later it said the order was finished. Once I got there I had to wait 15 more minutes for my order to be complete while they helped all the new customers coming in. Every single table was dirty. It was disgusting. Food crumbs, old drinks/sauces just sitting on the tables.when we got home burritos weren’t even labeled. Everyone had different meats. So we had to open them up to find out whose was whose.

Given this location plenty of chances since it’s near my job. They give you the smallest portions possible and they cannot roll a burrito correctly. It seems like all the employees were taught a different way to roll burritos and it always ends up terrible.

Food quality and quantity is disappointing.. no flavor and meat quality is questionable. I ordered a burrito bowl and 4 soft tacos.. each taco had 3 pieces of meat inside of it and what was supposed to be a soft taco somehow turned into a hard flaky tortilla..
