I would say overall the food was quite good. The Carne Asada could have been diced a bit more to give it the authentic feel in your mouth. All the ingredients were plentiful, although I did pay for double meat. I couldn’t really rate the atmosphere as I have never been inside a Chipotle. The pick up window was fast and efficient. Will be back to try one of their famous burrito bowls.

ordered online thinking the drive thru would be faster since it’s ordered online and you pick up at the time you choose. Meals should already be ready to go . I sat in the drive thru line for 30 minutes then I get to the order and it isn’t even ready when I placed the order an hour before getting here. Couldn’t reverse out either to just go inside and see if I could pick it up that way. Ridiculous. Also ordered double chicken and barely had any in my chipotle bowl

Went to Chipotle of Woodstock for the first time and ordered a steak bowl. The staff was extremely unfriendly and the steak was rubbery and extremely grisiley. I would definitely not recommend or return.

Glad I paid almost $50 for 2 steak burritos and 1 steak burrito bowl to get the worst quality meat ever! Mostly fat or uneatable. Disappointed for sure.

I feel like I always have a bad experience here but this time it was HORRIBLE:( the line was out the door and they weren’t helping any of us. There were 5 ppl doing mobile orders. When they finally decided to help us they had run out of both beans, lettuce, white rice, chicken, and so many other things. Everyone’s bowls/burritos looked awful. They also didn’t have singles and the manager took 10+ minutes to get them so I just left without my change. Honestly just drive to the crystal lake location.

This chipotle is amazing ! They are enthusiastic to see you and actually like where they work. A very clean open atmosphere, feels good when you walk in kind of vibe. Food is great and very consistent which is very much appreciated. Good healthy food.

No change in store several times, they round up instead of down, there is no coin shortage and no postings on door.When asked about my change, they comment, we don’t have any. Contacted chipotle customer service and have been completely blown off several times. Woodstock store only place that I have experienced this.
