I just got a GH delivery from this Chipotle. I ordered a quesadilla and a burrito bowl with chicken. Paid full price. And this is what I received. Half a quesadilla and a scoop of chicken. You can’t make this stuff up. GH can’t do anything about it except give me half a refund and these guys have a robot taking their phone calls for them. Pathetic, thanks so much for wasting my time and money.

Do not go to this Chipotle during dinner time or any time after. Words can’t explain the experience my family and I had at this location. Long lines due to inexperienced staffing. The entire staff was just doing the bare minimum. This location is always out of a few key items. From the protein to the lettuce. Alway out of Guac or looks dark in color from sitting out.

We used to love Chipotle but looks like this will be the last time we’ve ordering from this location, and especially for a takeout. They don’t care about your food and your experience. Last time they didn’t put guacamole and corn salsa for both meals. Today they didn’t put extra meat, corn salsa, and for guacamole we got half avocado for both meals which were not fully peeled and not eatable as it was super hard. How could you not notice that you’re putting a whole chunk of avocado? No quality standards at this place. We’re disappointed.

So it appears I am leaving yet another one star review for this location. My wife and I ordered through grubhub. As stated in another review, I ordered double meat and got maybe a single portion at best. My wife got violently ill about 30 minutes after eating. She was sick all night. I called to alert the store of the incident and the store manager was responsive. However, the corporate office (the department of Restaurant Food Safety and Quality Assurance) emails and then calls at 8:30am on a Saturday morning to “follow up” only to rationalize to my wife how it couldn’t have been food borne illness because no one else complained and they checked the temp on the chicken. This is nothing short of absurd that they would have the audacity to diminish my wife’s illness after eating their food. This insensitive and inappropriate phone call from Chipotle corporate office spurred us on to take our issues up with the internet and the health department. Great job Chipotle. Will never dine there again. Just lost two more customers.

Will not visit the Algonquin restaurant again. Service is horrible. Workers are higher than kites, annoyed with customers and don’t care about the quality or quantity of the food they are asked to prepare and serve. Take your money elsewhere you will probably be happy you did!

Make the orders properly! Stop stiffing people when they order double meat or extras! I want you to get $20 /hr but how can you justify it when you guys can’t even do your jobs properly or take any pride in your work?! It’s literally worse than 50/50 to order from this location! 60-70% of the time my order is either wrong or you’ve stiffed me out of double meat, or a drink. Stop stealing from people!

2nd time at this location. 1st time took 45 minutes to get my order and now this 2nd time there is a leaf in my bowl i got to go. I would recommend going to a different chipotle. Another location not to far from this one.
