It is not good customer service and two employees are talking and laughing to each while we are waiting for her to finish rest of our order and there is line behind us as well. We try to scan reward but didn’t work and ask her to print receipt she said she can’t provide us. Cleanness wise there are all the garbage are overflowing. I was disappointed overall experience for today.

Staff greet customers well and serve with a smile. Veggie burrito with black beans was good with plenty of spicy red sauce but was overloaded and had too much stuff it so it was not wrapped properly. Nevertheless, it was well made but I will get the burrito bowl next time to alleviate this issue.

This is my first time to write a review, and this is really a bad one. I came to the store with my family because we wanted to try mexican food at that time. I don’t know why the first staff who’s serving the rice and beans is so unwelcoming- she didnt greet us, I felt a little embarassed to order and she put a negative energy on us and i think even to other customers.

Was eating in, but God forbid you have to ask them later for a lid in case you don’t eat it all…you’ll have the whole line of 4 employees give you the stink eye like you just kicked a puppy. Always ask for your food to go whether you eat in or not. I’ve never felt so judged.

Clearly, people who have an elementary reading level work here because they missed SO many ingredients in our bowls we ordered. Doesn’t really make any sense because what needs to be in it is on the printed ticket. It’s just Chipotle so whatever but how hard is it to do your job especially in the middle of the day when it’s not rush hour.

Chipotle needs to fire the manager at this location. I went there twice and my friend there a couple times as well. We all have the same experience. The manager and staff (seem like they are all relatives or friends) gave a much smaller portion of food. It was obvious that they were doing it intentionally. As far as I know, chipotle is a chain and no franchise store. Why did this location doing this? Stealing food?

Great service, very clean, and food is fresh. Now open till 11 pm, but the dining room still closes at 10 to sit down and eat. It’s such a great idea for these late night Chipotle runs, instead of getting the runs from Taco Bell!

The food at this location is consistently terrible. They frequently forget to salt the meat, the rice sits out for too long and is hard/crunchy, the guac is watery, etc.
