I went in and asked for a veggie bowl at this location which I go to everyday and order the exact same thing. The server asks me do I want brown or white rice. I say no rice. She then proceeds to dump two large spoonfuls of white rice in my bowl. I repeat I do not want any rice. She sloppily dumps most of the rice out then proceeds to add my beans. I ask for queso and she starts the order behind me then comes back to mine and says any salsa? I replied yes Salsa Verde please. She then go for the red salsa puts some on my bowl and says red or green? I say well I asked for verde. She adds verde on top then I say did you add my queso? She says no. So I say well I wanted queso can you put it on the side? She fills a cup up with an attitude like it was my fault she hadn’t listened. The cashier then tells me 12 dollars and some change. I reply no I get this bowl every day. She says well when you get the cheese on the side it’s extra. I say well it wasn’t supposed to be on the side i wanted it in my bowl. I say can you just make my bowl over? The server then opens my bowl up and dumped the cup of cheese on top of my bowl and angrily slides it down to the cashier. Smh then says $11.61. This isn’t the first time the service at this location has been poor. Autumn as well as her coworker do not have good customer service at all. The only one at this location that is always friendly is the young black girl with the nose septum that cuts the meat. Needless to say I won’t be going back to this location. How hard is it to listen? I mean you are getting paid to do it.

We’ve been eating here since it opened and were once regulars. However, every time we have had it in the last year it has been sub-par and we’ve been so disappointed. Today the rice was undercooked, and took up a massive portion of the bowl. Small serving of protein. No chips available at the restaurant. We hadn’t had Chipotle in several months because of our last experiences here and I was excited to have it again… another disappointment. While I was there a manager was scolding a young worker very publicly about cleaning procedures, etc. All around bad experience.

Hate to do this but, the quality and cleanliness is in bad shape. Now if they mess up your call in order they won’t give credits anymore. Now it’s have a receipt or you’re out of luck. The management is basically letting the place go. It’s a huge revolving door of new employees almost weekly it seems. They can’t seem to keep anyone.

This place is not like it used to be. They don’t put enough quantity of food that should be there. I go a bowl from here today and they filled it mostly with rice and very little beans, meat, veggies etc.

I’ve had only great experiences here. Food is always great and quick service. Today was the first time I’ve received a concerning side, and want to give them the benefit since they were busy. I will say that if you clearly see this as your packaging the guacamole, maybe reconsider if you should serve this to customers.

Everyone who works here is hard-working and friendly and they are set up to fail every day by management. If you walk into this place 3 hours before close they’re guaranteed to be out of a fundamental ingredient like guacamole or fajita vegetables. If you’re a vegetarian or vegan this means paying 10 dollars for a bowl of rice and beans because they never have anything to put on it. This Chipotle is an absolute waste of time, effort, and the lives of the good people who have to work through this garbage.

The staff just ignored me and didn’t take my order but worked preparing food as if I wasn’t there or they didn’t see me. They knew i was there but yet they couldn’t even be bothered to say “be with you shortly “. This was the Sunday afternoon shift. Talk about the great resignation, it looks like they are quiet quitting. I am never going to this chipotle again. This is the ultimate sign of disrespect.

Service has been absolutely awful at this location ever since the fast food crash during covid where all the fast food companies started going downhill. Three visits in a row where key ingredients are out of stock and we just left. Chips, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, lettuce, etc…These are all things that if you run out of…you go get from a grocery store. I’ve worked in food service and when this happens, and you do not forecast and order enough for inventory you go out to the grocery store and buy what you need to complete the order.
