Completely ignored for about 5 minute while the employees cleaned. Yet we were the only costumers inside. When we finally received service I asked for a steak bowl, but there was not enough steak in the pan. I was told that was all they had left. Maybe that was the case. I feel like they just didn’t wanna make anymore and dirty the grill. Even tho they still had an hour and a half left until close. Disappointed!!!

I went to this Chipotle two weeks at 8:30pm. When I walked inside and approached the counter, the employee was cleaning and continued to clean for a few minutes. Another employee walked by, and still, I wasn’t helped. After some time of waiting, I was asked what I would like to order. I wanted a steak bowl. The employee looked at the container of steak and said they didn’t have anymore. I looked at the container as well, and yes, there was not much steak left, but the store was still open for another hour and a half. The employee was too lazy to have another batch of steak made. Instead, she was worried about the work she was going to have to do instead of worrying about the customer. I then went with the chicken instead. I asked for another bowl to be made, and the woman employee had an annoyed expression on her face and proceeded to make the second bowl. The remaining employees in the kitchen were saying things, and the situation was so uncomfortable and not at all professional. The customer service at this store is not at all worth any stars, and the employees need to be trained immediately all over again.

This location is amazing! I was having issues with my google pay (it was stating an error was occurring) and my food was already made.. The girl in front was so sweet and worked with me. They ended up giving me my meal for free! Great staff and the food was excellent!

Floor is dirty. Found one clean table to eat at in the dining area while the rest were dirty. Multiple employees just talking in the kitchen. Had to ask for a napkins as they don’t have any out for you to grab yourself and employee didn’t put any in my bag. I regretted eating here. Find a better run location in the area if you really need your chipotle fix.

Swear every time say “let me give them another chance” they always mess up my order! My food was cold and they obviously didn’t read what the order was. Using the app is pointless I shouldn’t have to go stand over the employee for them to get it right. Why offer the ability to add extra of anything if they aren’t going to do it. I asked for extra rice and lettuce and this what they gave me. Service definitely declines in the evening shifts.

Terrible customer service wasn’t even greeted when we approached the line to order. Wouldn’t even look at us when we ordered. Food was very VERY poorly thrown together. Altogether rude customer service and careless with the product that customers are paying for.
