The worst of the worst Chipotles….they need a whole new crew asap. Everyone goes to the corner to hide and not a single person behind the counter?? Everything is dirty in there and smells like piss….was probably bc of the refrigerated stand with all the drinks to buy from…nothing but filth in there

Went in early in the morning right when they opened up at 10:30am and I looked at the meat they had and it looked like it was dry and just something that was from last night so I asked the guy “ Are these meats fresh from today?” He Replies “ I Don’t Know” if your employees don’t know if it is fresh from today then most likely it is not just wanted to share and let people know what kind of food they are getting.

Stopped in the Melrose Park location about 20 mins prior to closing. Understandably some items were unavailable and were not going to be replenished at that hour. I noticed that there was chicken and a good amount of brown rice so I decided to proceed with ordering my bowl. As I ordered, I did notice that each portion of everything i was given was about half of the normal servings. Again- I didn’t say much knowing that the closing time was approaching. When the server gave me my fajitas she put barely a spoonful on my entree. I politely asked for a little bit more. The server rudely told me that I have to be “mindful” of other customers behind me. Excuse me ma’am??? I was being mindful as i excused all of the other tiny portions i was given. Also it’s not my job nor responsibility to ensure that those that come after me get adequate servings. Last time i checked that was the responsibility of the establishment. Not wanting to engage in a power struggle I declined the food and left. I wasn’t going to be given a discounted rate for the bowl so why should i have to pay full price for 1/4 of what I’m entitled to AND deal with an employee with a bad attitude. No thank you.

Line cook messed up my order then the cashier is trying to take it out on me like it’s my fault. She charges me on the spot then sends me to the back of the line to remake the order cause of their own mistake like what??? The attitude was awful, lacking manners and basic social skills. Cant take responsibility for nothing these days.

Honestly, if I could give ZERO STARS , I DEFINITELY WOULD. Stopped in at the Melrose Park location, after work at 9pm tonight, walked in excited to try this locations food, to my surprise, I was quickly turned away, I was told they were only accepting online orders. HOW RIDICULOUS!! You lost me as a customer. I WILL NEVER GIVE YOU MY BUSINESS, I WON’T COME BACK EVER.

This is the first review I’ve ever posted, I was pretty disappointed with my food. I ordered a bowl and asked for “a little bit of sour cream.” However, the employee took a huge spoonful and dumped it all over. I should’ve said something but there were people behind me and I didn’t want to hold up the line. When I got home to eat it, I was pretty much eating straight up sour cream. I’ve been to this location before and it’s been good every time except this one

Food was good especially new pastor chicken. Dining area is sooo dirty every time I come and bathrooms disgusting.. I even watched a customer spill her drink, the employee put out a Yellow caution sign on drink but I spent about a hour eating and at no time no employee mopped the spill. Crazy smh.. the table are disgusting always. Drink area was messy and water/soda everywhere. When the serve u guacamole it wasn’t even a full spoon so I mentioned to employee. Smh get it together. I think it needs a manager that pays attention to detail. Wake up cause the place is starting to be run down.

Gotta be the worst chipotle in the suburbs. It’s always something with them. Tonight they’re only taking online orders and it’s not even 8:30pm yet. Placing an online order would be a waste because they do not give the full portion amount. They also never have what you want and the workers are careless. It’s always a disappointment every time I go up there. Wish they’d shut this one down.
