The restaurant was slow at lunch time. They only had scraps of chicken left (crumbs). My sister asked for more because she didn’t want seasoned chicken skin. They wanted to double charge and proclaimed they didn’t have any chicken left. When I ordered, they figured it was time to make more chicken. The only person who was kind and had a smile was the cashier. The other two girls that made our food were rude and seemed to have no customer service training (or food preparedness training). I am appalled. This restaurant was great 5 years ago. Now, it’s a gamble.

Don’t waste your time going to this location. Sadly this is the nearest one to my house so I continue to give them chances because I don’t want to drive 15-20 mins in the opposite direction and back. Not one good experience here yet. The food is always either wrong (when I mobile order) or just plain old, dry, and overdone. Today the steak was dry and full of gristle. I asked for fajita veggies and got nearly none. And then my normal sized burrito looked like it was rolled by a toddler with ingredients exploding everywhere. The associates here are always rude. (The cashier tonight was nice) but the two people working on the line were very unfriendly. As someone who works in a restaurant, if you’re going to act like you dislike your job that much, find a new one. Save yourself the time and go to a different location. This one is trash.

this chipotle sucks. stale salty chips – almost broke a tooth how hard they were. the people on the line had a bad attitude. plus they didn’t scan the app correctly so didn’t get points & didn’t give a receipt. the one in south elgin is way better

I am always very satisfied with my visits to Chipotle. I eat there several meals a week and have never once had a bad experience until today. The staff was pleasant and fast with the exception of one young lady who I am guessing was probably an assistant manager based on her power trip. She came out berating me for taking photos. Other than her though it was still a good experience and if not for her I would have given five stars.

this is one of the best chipotle locations i go to. they seem to clean the meat better than most locations (i get served less chunks of pure fat here. it’s not 100% fat free but they do a better job than other places when it comes to their meat.) which is why i try to come to this location when i’m close to home. they also serve good portions and barely ever are in a bad mood. also, i’ve never walked into a mess. i hope they keep their staff happy and encouraged to keep cooking the meat the way they do and serving the generous portions they do. i really like coming here when i crave chipotle it’s barley ever a disappointment. and i say this only because one time (out of plenty) my steak was so fatty i felt like throwing the whole thing out bc it ruined my appetite. other than that ONE time my food is always pretty good here and the lettuce is always fresh.

Ordered online one burrito and two bowls. Two orders were wrong, asked for extra pinto beans and didn’t get any, rice was in chunks and no flavor or cilantro. Picked up Sunday night and called Tuesday to explain issues, the response I got was why didn’t you call sooner. Advised I needed to go online to resolve the issue or he could remake my food. I’ve given this location 4 chances after they continually messed up and it just doesn’t get better. No customer service skills and workers are sloppy. I watched one female employee make my bowl then wipe the counter with her hand to pick up the extras that had fallen off my bowl (lettuce, cheese) and then threw them in my bowl. No sanitation skills there. Portions are a joke when it comes to proteins and they put in way too much rice. Unfortunately I am done with this location.

No type of customer service experience, I have came to this location twice and both times have received rude service and when I ask for extra stating I would pay for the extras I am then looked at rudely. As an owner of a food service provider, our customer Service is a priority! Do better when training your employees.

Get there at 10:55am and the store is locked up. Like open the store on time! Come on, then finally opened a couple min after 11. all the DoorDash orders were not even started so they were so behind. The lady was putting the cash till in at 11:10am. Get it together

Just went tonight (7/1/22) around 6:30, the last girl in the prep line had somewhat aggressively yanked the burrito from the employee before her and didn’t even wrap my burrito into a burrito. I almost said something because it was just so weird how much of a rush she was in while there were literally only 5 customers in line. I got home and my burrito literally fell out thru the bottom of the bag because it had leaked everywhere (in my car too) and had to put this goopy mess on a plate and eat with a fork. I’m never coming to this location again.
