Well this is the last time I go to this location. This is by far the worst quality food I have ever had at a chipotle. How do you mess up chips?!?!? This is the 3rd time I’ve gone to this location and something is either cooked wrong or not even cooked at all. STAY AWAY!!! THIS PLACE WILL MAKE YOU SICK. I don’t want anything free just fix your restaraunt before you get people sick.

Don’t do the mobile app order here. They forgot my double chicken, 4 toppings, and swapped the lids on my 2 orders. This mobile mess up. has happened more than 2x. They need to focus. You’re better off going inside or another location.

Staff is over run so this isn’t their fault. Ownership to blame. The food wasn’t seasoned and had half a scoop of chicken. The ice machine is broken and they allow you to order a drink without notifying you ahead of time. Last visit to the North Ave store.

This is the nearest chipotle to me so I’ve been forced to eat from here multiple times (delivery)and I can say without a doubt it’s the worst chipotle I’ve encountered. They never have their online orders on time, work area is cluttered, and most of the time they are out of items/food. If possible go to another chipotle even if it’s out of the way.

I love chipotle, but this location, no. I’ve tried them several times and something is always off. Either the rice was hard, small portion of meat, or forgotten ingredients. There’s another one on 83 and st.Charles, it’s more consistent.

Went here on my lunch break and when I walked in there was 6 people ahead of me and three people walking in after me so there a long line. They had five workers behind the counter but only one was actually working the line. The other workers were just standing there talking to each other. I ended up leaving because by the time I got my food and left I wouldn’t have had time to even eat before my break was over. I have gone to this chipotle about 6 times and everytime I experience the same thing. One time there wasn’t a line and the workers still just stood there and talked to each other and I had to wait till a worker that was in the back came out to help me get my food. I think it’s very disrespectful to one not greet your customers and two continue talking to each other instead of helping the customer get their food. I understand places have certain roles to play but you should step in if there is a long line and if your other employee is not there to do their role. I really like chipotle but sadly I don’t plan to go back to this one anymore.

I’d give it no stars if I could. This is a trash location. We’ve been ordering from them for a while and over the past year or so the food has gone to garbage. Undercooked rice, incorrect orders, and now finally a complete breakdown somewhere in there system that lead to a HOUR worth of phone calls trying to reach the actual restaurant just to find out they never got my order (despite having received a confirmation number from them) and door dash saying the restaurant contacted them to say they couldn’t prepare the food because they didn’t have the “necessary ingredients to prepare the order.” Then, when you finally do get a hold of someone at the dumpster, they give you the ole “I don’t know what to tell you.” Oh! And if you talk with customer service, they’ll give you a free entree… But you only have 30 days to use it and it’s still at the mercy of whether or not they can figure it out and actually make your order. We’re done with these hacks

The rice was really hard not cooked all the way and if it was I’m sorry for the people that made it. My braces in the back fell off and broke. They barely put anything on your bowl the guy in front had to tell the lady 2 or 3 times to add more. Over all very bad.
