The food would’ve been good if it was served icy cold. I think they put left over food out of the fridge and didn’t bother to warm it up. I thought Chipotle food was supposed to be fresh anyways, apparently that’s not accurate. I went doing dinner hour too. I paid for double meat and I gotten less than if I only ordered 1 portion. When you pick up your food from the drive up window they must serve older food for pick up orders.

This Chipotle is horrible. I used Door Dash and they didn’t even want to be accountable for the issue I experienced and ultimately weren’t. I called the store several times to speak with a manager and the phone just rang no answer. The food quality and ingredients were inconsistent with what I have experienced and come to expect from Chipotle. Honestly this particular location’s offering was more like SHITpotle !!!!

HALF the food you pay for !!!! The whole chipotlane idea has a flaw. It’s never on time. So if you pick up your order 10 minutes after the pickup time so you’re not waiting, then get there and theres 6 cars ahead of you who dont know their food is going to be late, they sit there waiting for their food. Which means I get my food 20 minutes after getting in line. 30 minutes after my pickup time I have my food. It’s cold. And dont even get me started about how little actual food they put in your bowl at this place. Literally half what you should be getting. It’s not even a compete meal. Attached is a photo of a carnitas bowl right after my son opened it and moved it to the center. It was smushed all to 1 side. My own bowl and my daughter’s had like 4 strips of lettuce. Raise prices, give less food. Profit rules all.

Just left and they have the audacity to lock me out of the store at 9:30 pm. Then one kind worker finally lets me in only for the workers at the counter to say they’re closed. I said, “um excuse me but your door and your hours online say you’re open until 10pm.” They said they have no food left so they were only fulfilling online orders.

I went midday. The staff wasn’t very friendly. The person that made my burrito bowl was very skimpy with the meat heavy on the hot salsa when I ask for a little bit . Nothing was replenished or refreshed in the serving options. when I asked was there any sour cream he just said no he didn’t check the other station at all. He just marked my bowl and started the person behind me. Now when the guy behind me ordered a burrito and asked for sour cream. He went and checked the other station and got it for him. Needless to say I will not return to this location.

I wish I can add no stars. I went to this location for the first time yesterday and paid almost $15 for this bowl. FIFTEEN DOLLARS!! This isn’t even enough food for a $9 bowl let alone a bowl costing $15. Beware when ordering online for pick-up you will get absolutely no food in your bowl. Waste of money truly… don’t even try this new spot just go to the oak park location for better food.

Is it a bit pricey? Yep. But it is delicious. Got a barbacoa bowl with rice and beans as the base. The flavor was great. The ingredients were very fresh. The only negative was the consistency between associates filling the bowls. I noticed there seemed to be no real method to assure all customers received the same portion. With that said, the associates were friendly and professional with good attitudes. Would definitely visit this location again.

Worst customer service. Said food was ready 20 min ago. Never got done . Was waiting another 20 min . Employees are high here . They are rude to customers . Wouldn’t recommend this chipotle. So dirty !!! Not wearing gloves while doing your food !!! Worst experience ever !!!
