This chipotle location is just bad! Every time I order from here, there is an issue. They always seem slow. The condiments,&juice are is never stocked, always a disaster and looks dirty. This is the 3rd time I’ve been given brown guac. This was a pick up order so I wish I would’ve seen but the last time I ordered in person and asked if she could give me newer guac and she told me no. The last time I was there, the workers were rude – I went to grab a fork, the fork container was filled with juice so I brought her over the container very politely to tell her and she snapped at me to not come past the line by the check out counter. I only come to this location because it is by my work and hope that the next time will be better but this may be my last time.

Ordered a burrito with white rice, chicken and cheese, got this little potatoe instead, asked for more to be put on, and they said I would be charged extra… this is ridiculous to get this amount and they charge you $10. Literally took like 5 bites and it was gone, really disappointing especially how I come here about 1 or 2 times a week and get a normal size, seems like Chipotle is having a hard time and downsizing everything by a lot!

I am not the type to write reviews but this location is just bad. The 2 employees at front serving are all over the place. Both are greedy when it comes to the portion of food put in the bowl and they don’t communicate well with each other. When we were ready to pay, a man in the front who I assume to be the manager told the employees they need to stick to their stations and keep orders together. The woman working replied to him and told him loudly and with attitude it was our fault (us customers) that they weren’t in their assigned stations since we didn’t tell them we wanted multiple bowls (which we did at the beginning). Very rude and unprofessional. The counters were also very dirty! I would not come to this location again. I don’t know how this location is rated so highly, it must be since most good reviews are from previous years. Take the extra time to drive to another location this one is not it!

Haven’t been here in a while, but my wife wanted to go. I ordered the steak bowl and the girl put in 1 spoon of steak. I said to her, that’s all I get for $10.95 so she put a little extra in but I didn’t ask for it. I was surprised. Then I found out that they charged me another $5.30 for extra steak. So my steak bowl cost me $16.25. No wonder they were empty. Won’t be back anytime soon. You can tell from the amount of reviews I have done over 2200 we eat out a lot. Not happy here.

Literally walked in today at 2:55 today and I didn’t know they closed early for the holiday. I work in hospitality so I know how it feels to see customers coming in when trying to close. The emoloyees were still in good spirits and I really appreciate that.

Update: don’t ever order online from this location!!! See photos of My actual keto supergreens salad compare to what it looks like on their ordering site. And when I called he says it’s supposed to be 4 oz of lettuce. This is not 4 oz of lettuce! I paid 10 for what was should be a meal! This is a snack. Get real!!! And stop skimping on the greens. You all already barely give any meat. But now, I gotta beg and come back for more lettuce. And he says he apologizes for the miscommunication. This is more like misleading advertising. I just want my money’s worth.

They honestly take little pride in doing their mobile orders. They are hardly ready at the correct time. Today I was particularly disappointed to see that a young employee left someone’s bowl out for probably a good 10 minutes. She practically ignored it. And then another young guy packaged it up as if it wasn’t sitting out there. There was a fly flying around. I think that’s kind of disgusting. The picture shown is the bowl that was left out for 10 minutes. Even after this she still didn’t even close it. They were understanding and the young man did apologize for the wait.
