This review applies only to this location. My family orders chipotle roughly 2-3 times a month from this location. This most recent time will be our last unfortunately. All 3 of our bowls, 1 burrito and 3 tacos were absolutely terrible. We placed an order for pickup and the bowls were less than half filled, there was little to no meat that was extremely dried out, little to no guac and everything was slop and terrible. I’m not sure if it’s because we weren’t standing there when they made the order or what. The absolute worst chipotle experience I’ve ever had. $60 for $11 worth of food.

Got my burrito bowl as usual. The female who put together our food got upset and rolled her eyes after she asked me if I wanted anything else and I said “I also want a burrito, that’ll complete my order.” As I said that both the employees looked at each other also had the same facial expression. It was rude and unprofessional. Seems like this chipotle location does not have manners.

So incredibly disappointed in this location. We were so excited to have a chipotle in New Lenox but they’ve messed up my order 2 times in a row. One time my husband picked it up, didn’t check and got home with the wrong order and another time I ordered off the app to get it delivered and it was wrong. All they comped me with was a free drink and you can’t even talk to someone in the store. Everything is done over the app. The workers need to slow down and think about what they’re doing.

Guess I’d call this a modern Mexican fast food, kinda like a Subway on Mexican! Food is good but kinda expensive. Don’t like being charged extra for cheese or guac etc. Not a good meal for kids, just too much! Dining area very sterile, not real welcoming or comfortable.

I checked out tonight 4/20/22 at 6:38pm. About 7 customers were ahead of me. I notice the young female employee put rice on 2 burritos and then pat down the rice on the burrito with her hand. She had gloves on. She finnishes and after she helps the male customer in front of me who ordered 2 bowls in hopes of she would not touch the food gets done with him. I let her know that before helping me, she needed to change her gloves because, I just saw her touch her face to maybe, push her hair off it and that what she was doing by touching food after she was touching her face was spreading germs. Also let her know she could not pat down the rice with her hand on what I was ordering. I told her I was not trying to be mean. I was trying to teach her food safety because, all these people coming in do not want to get sick. Right before checking out another female touches her hair and then puts gloves on. Wash hands, don’t touch self, put gloves on. If needing to touch self even with gloves on, wash hands and get new gloves. Stop patting down the rice on burritos with gloves on. Just spoon the rice on the burrito and leave it alone.

Very consistent with their food fast and friendly service especially ordering on line. There is no extra charge for a convenience fee like at some places. There is now a tip option which I like and prefer over a convenience fee.

The food is good and the location is great. But every time I order a salad to deliver, they give me next to no lettuce and usually very little quac. I usually have a few leaves that are soggy after being piled on with everything else.

Ordered a steak bowl with extra steak and extra rice and ended up with 4-5 pieces of steak and probably a half scoop of rice. Note to self if you order on the app you will probably get ripped off. This is why i have to go in and order to make sure i am getting what i pay for. Very disappointing. New lenox illinois location.
