Ordered barbacoa double meat. This is not double meat and questionable if single meat. When you call to to discuss you’re sent through multiple prompts. That can send in a circle. Here are the photos for proof. Also ordered a double meat burrito bowl. When you finally get through, the automated service send you to a disconnected line. If the burrito was 10,11,12 dollars maybe it’s livable. But for $19 it’s a shame.

Walked in with my son after the gym. No one in line and as I approached the counter to order, employees never acknowledged me nor my son til 5 minutes later. They just stood by the kitchen talking amongst themselves. If my son wasn’t so hungry I would of walked out. These people are getting paid to work there and it’s their choice right ?? No need for poor customer service and lack of common courtesy. Do better!! Oh and the rice was SUPER salty. Can’t even do that right.

I’ve come here for the past few weeks, Saturday nights are the best. The food was great, meat was very juicy and tastes like the cook tries to do a good job. The people serving were decent, nothing too interesting but I didn’t feel rushed. I did see the manager tell someone to leave though, I don’t know why exactly.

I’m leaving 2 stars because the place looks clean, but otherwise I’m with the majority of the comments. They charge extra for ingredients and still small portions for a lot of money. I went there today and ask for a bowl and the girl just put a little rice and beans and with the meat , I have to ask for extra ,so she went ahead and put like half a spoon of meat… I asked if that was the extra because I couldn’t believe it. They charge an extra $4.90 for that extra half of spoon of meat. Never going there again

Stay away from this location. This store has messed up my order more than once. I will not spend another 30 minutes lunch break here. Employers don’t offer training classes anymore involving customer service. The old caucasian lady is very mean and ignorant. Stay away. The meat is not good. The service is bad.

I don’t really go to this location, but today I did. I ordered what I usually get a chicken bowl and this time added extra chicken, except the problem is I barely got any chicken as it is and got charged for double chicken. The kid who made my order was new, and there is nothing wrong with that but at the same time I want the right portion of chicken in my bowl last time I come to this location.
