I ordered 3 burrito bowls and all of them were skimpy and pathetic. However I didn’t get the worst of it, the guy behind got one small scoop of rice and I almost couldn’t hold my laughter. This is seriously pathetic for $35. I expect more chipotle

i go to this place often (used to i guess) and today i had the worst experience. I ordered a bowl to dine in and after paying, i realized they did not have napkins nor forks available . I asked for a fork and the reply was that they had none, so I asked how they expected clients to dine int? with their hands? the manager kept answering “sorry i dont know”.. I indicated they could have let us know beforehand there were no conditions for service at the store.. some common sense right? some people asked for a refund and the manager did not know how to do that. She clearly has no problem solving skills nor training nor common sense.

Simply the worst run Chipotle Ive ever encountered. No utensils. No rice. Hard to believe but I was actually told rice is for takeout orders only. Complete inability to fold a burrito. I’m generally compassionate about staffing shortages and stuff but this is gross incompetence. Call the inspector.

On 6/13/23 the store was open but only took online orders even for dine in customers. Our orders were missing items. Some drinks we ordered were not available. The avocado was not smashed well. The manager Maria did not give us the missing items in spite of showing her the order on the app and stated that they were not present in her system. She was disrespectful. I like Chipotle but this branch was horrible.

Gave me food poisoning. I’ve been throwing up for days since I ate it. Went to the doctor and confirmed it was food poisoning. Turned me off chipotle forever and reported this store to corporate. Also had to dump my drink twice because the Pib and Rootbeer were very obviously stale or needed to be switched out. The entire restaurant was absolute disgusting as well.

This is by far the worst chipotle in the area. The staff is rude and always forgets our sauce/queso and then requests proof as if we didn’t just look them in the eye and order it… if we order online our food is carelessly thrown together.. and multiple times a week they run out of cheese even if it’s the beginning of the day. It’s really ridiculous at this point. Take your money and drive a few miles to the westmont location. You won’t regret it.

My daughter did visit this location. She ordered my burrito & when she told them to put the tomatillo green salsa (mild) the kid had no clue which one it was. Needless to say, he ended up putting the tomatillo red salsa (hot). Well, I couldn’t finish my $10 burrito due to the salsa being too hot!! Also, they skim you on the meat!!!

This is actually my “home” Chipotle. I am a loyal customer, but I think that has to change. In the past months everytime we go, it is very dirty!! Last time we could not dine inside because of how much trash was on the floor, but even outside it was dirty and the tables… oh don’t get me started. They better hire more people or they will lose customers!

Place is filthy. No napkins, no forks and terrible service. Asked for a fork (since they didn’t have any by the drink area) and the employee seemed to be bothered. Employees were just laughing with each other while the line was almost to the door. Terrible work ethic from employees.
