I was super excited for this place to open, and now that it’s here, I wish it never came. First, there are so many employees there but walking around while the line goes out the door. I don’t get how there can be so many people, yet people are waiting 30 minutes to get their food. Second, their food hygiene leaves much to be desired. I watched an employee dump a new pan of chicken into the older pan of chicken, which would be fine if the chicken didn’t spill into other containers like the fajitas or other meats, therefore mixing them. Also, the station is extremely dirty! Sour cream spilled everywhere, and everyone just acted like it was normal. It looks gross in my opinion and definitely deterred me from

Distgustingly dirty everytime we are there. Got sick after the first visit. Management does not keep the place clean. No food safety, Lots of cross contamination.

I’m not really sure how this place has not been coded for food violations. Incredibly dirty, rags that are dirty everywhere, all over the counters, dirty bowls all over the counters. The staff was too busy talking to each other and goofing off to take care of the customers. They still had about an hour and a half before restaurant close and were out of half of all the toppings and meat. I had to walk out. The couple in front of me had been waiting for 10 minutes for their bowls that have been sitting on the counter to be completed. (meaning the meat and beans and rice were scooped, but not the toppings.) All in all not a good experience will not be back to this location.

Ordered a burrito and a burrito bowl. Both of which were prepared efficiently and professionally by the friendly staff. The tables were clean and it was relaxing to sit and enjoy our lunch. I know I will be back and I certainly would recommend it to others.

I came on opening night so of course I expected it to be busy … no big deal. I had no problem waiting; however, when I got my bowl I was super disappointed. It looked half full … all of the ingredients look like half portions of what chipotle typically does. Especially when I order almost all of the side options. Just looks like a super sad bowl and very much not worth my $10 or the half hour I waited to get it.

IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS I’ve visited this new location multiple times since opening and have had an amazing experience every time! The shop is clean and the area where they make the food looks spotless! There are a ton of employees and the place seems to be well staffed at all times (as this location gets older and more settled im sure this will stop happening) but for now the place is chop full of workers and i have no idea why people are mad about that? The servers creating your meal are quick and friendly, and even today i placed a pickup order and i got there 10 minutes before opening and the store manager was nice enough to make my meal for me and send me off with out having to wait until opening! I cant say enough great things about this place and it blows my mind that people are crabby at the fact that it hires a bunch of teens to the workforce. Yea they may be off in a corner sometimes fiddling their thumbs but thats just what teens do & the service is unaffected! I beginning to think that it might be a more racial thing going on because more then half the staff is black or minority and most of the bad comments are from country caucasian people. Who knows but the place is great and i can certify that as a former restaurant manager

I want to start by saying I’ve worked in customer facing roles for 20 years so I ALWAYS give establishments the benefit of the doubt especially when they’re new… it takes a lot for me to write a business off and to post about it… I’ve gotta find it pretty important to be told… This chipotle is absolutely ridiculous. The workers are so unprofessional and rude. Every time I go they either mess something up or I see something entirely obnoxious. They blare their own inappropriate music behind the workers, they literally eat while they’re working in the drive thru lane, making it worse that it’s with no gloves on. You can’t throw Away your trash because the bins are overflowing. Their queso tastes like dirt. Just begrudgingly ordered takeout per my daughters request and once again am disappointed because we get home and are missing 7 dollars worth of food. Do not go here. The owners should really be ashamed if they’re aware of what’s going on here. And if they aren’t, it’s a matter of time before they have to close this business.

We picked up our order through the drive thru and we are missing half of our order. The girl at the window even forgot our drinks and had an attitude while getting them for us. We didn’t get a tortilla, guacamole, and a whole bag of chips. Barely any napkins and only forks. Also there were just a bunch of girls by the window laughing and drinking something while we waited. Awful experience. The least you guys can do is give us the food we paid for.

Ordered online for pickup. My sons quesadilla kids meal had two tortillas, no cheese. Ordered guacamole and extra rice for my bowl, received neither.

First off I felt rush from the beginning. I was the only one in line and the gruel helping me rushed me way to fast. I get it if we need to be quick but that was borderline uncomfortable. Finally sat down and fist bite was horrible. Chicken was closed to be burnt and the rice was crunchy. So over cooked meat and undercooked rice. I eat at other chipotle’s quite often and this was by far the worse experience. I get it it is new, but a lot of coaching and training is needed here!
