Bug found in my online ordered bowl, can’t get my refund. The store offered to remake it, lost my appetite. Store said to call corporate. Called corporate, woman is not trained to refund members, she has to email Escalations team and someone will email me, not a call an email. Me how long, they have no idea. I ask for a supervisor, she also says it is against company policy for her to refund. She could lose her job. I asked if so many bugs are found, they made an Escalations team. She said yes.

Big Chipotle fan! Bad Chipotle Restaurant and Big Disappointment. Unfortunately, similar to previous reviews, this location is dirty…very confident Chipotle Corporate Management will look at making improvements at this location. Along with others, I am contacting the Corporate Office.

This is the most ridiculous chipotle I have ever been to. I have been ordering my same order for the past 6 months of living here and I have never once gotten my order correct. They leave out any extra options you add. I have never gotten a full correct order from here and I continue to go back time and time again because it is the closest but now I’m fed up. I have paid probably close to 80-100 dollars in guac, queso, and chips. And I know what most might thinking… maybe they’re out of those items. I went 4 minutes away and they had everything. This is the most mediocre chipotle establishment I have ever been to and I love chipotle. And even after my order there is nothing on the sticker to tell me I’m missing an item or even a refund because these missed items add up. This has nothing to do with the staff at the location as they were all extremely wonderful and helpful but everything to do with the fact this this location does not care about its customer. Bottom line is that you should drive the extra five minutes to the chipotle near lifetime and main event if you want your order correct.

This location sucks! Don’t go here. The food is always stale and cold. And their systems are ALWAYS down, so you’ll order your food online and they won’t have any history of it but will still have charged you! It’s a joke. Don’t waste your time or money!

THE OTHER REVIEWS ARE TRUE! This location has terrible quality food, it’s dirty, the workers lie to customers’ faces, and they were closing before 9pm when the hours say 10pm close. I placed a Doordash order to include chips and queso. They weren’t included. Doordash sent over a “chips and queso replacement” order. This time, they were included, but they were disgustingly stale. At this point, I’ve waited an hour to eat. So I took the chewy chips to the store. The workers were already shutting things down, an hour early. I told them, I got these chips delivered and they’re stale & soft. Do you have fresh chips? The worker told me he just made the chips. There was a big disgusting looking pile, literal pile, of chips just laying on the counter in the back. And he went over, very slowly put on gloves, and very slowly put chips in a bag. It’s as if he wasn’t familiar with using those gloves, and like he was searching the pile for “crunchy” chips. I tried a couple chips before I left and they were … barely tolerable. I’m not eating them. I tried. 1 star because I ate a few bites of the “replacement queso” and the burrito and they were tasty. Honestly, I hate wasting food but that location is dirty and my appetite is gone; it’s going in the garbage. But the service is really what made me write this long message. I’ll never go here again.

Where to start… usually when Chipotle’s do not have items available they allow you back up and not to wait in line again. A nice 25 minute experience for a chicken bowl. Maybe pick the other location.

Came to this location cause the one in downtown Naperville is terrible. But honestly, they both are. The food was okay. The service was less than okay and the restaurant was DIRTY. Just don’t bother, drive a little further and visit the Wheaton locations!

Good food. Pricier than other fast food but you get a better meal. I have been here several times and it was okay but I keep having to clean the table before i can eat. Otherwise everything is good and staff are efficient and friendly.
