I’ve been coming to this chipotle since 2014 and I have never been so disappointed. I’ve had an amazing experience in the previous years but these past couple of months have been horrendous .The dining area is disgusting, the bathrooms are foul, I can already imagine what the kitchen looks like. The line where the food is, was appalling. The staff KNEW how dirty their restaurant was and they proceeded to do nothing. Both trash cans were so full, there was no room to place other trash!! Customers were leaving it on the table! I have never had to clean up a table at a restaurant just to sit down. At one point, no one was coming inside and it was enough time for the staff to start cleaning up. Instead, they all proceeded to be on their phones, talk amongst each other or head towards the back. They definitely need to change the staff immediately.

This Chipotle was very dirty. The floor was gross and looked like it hadn’t been mopped in awhile, and the toilets in the women’s bathroom looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The food also was disappointing and the chips were stale and chewy. Definitely won’t be coming back.

This location is officially in the trash (literally). Garbage cans overflowing. Multiple staff ignoring it after mentioned. Steak is cold (food safety concern), they were out of multiple items, and I was told that a manager was not available. Unacceptable for such a large brand. Do better.

We debated on which Chipotle to go to closest to the house and opted for this one. Never again. This was the dirtiest restaurant I have been in. The counter they were making food on was filthy and full of remnants of other peoples food and no one made any effort to clean it. There were stacks and stacks of dirty dishes behind the servicing counter and just while we were there, they emptied one container of meat and just stacked the empty container behind them. The brown rice had many hard pieces in it. The steak had many pieces with fat and wasn’t very good. The lettuce had big chunks of the base of the head of lettuce and the chips were stale. This was a horrible experience and the store itself looks disgusting! Very disappointing!

I had issues getting delivery from this location. Ordered a quesadilla and salad bowl. They jipped me on my salad bowl and they never packed my quesadilla. I just got the packaging with the sides! The pico that came with my quesadilla tasted off and old. Worst experience ever!! Do not order from here!!!

Dirty! The food was decent. They don’t rotate the food. They put the fresh on top of the old. The dining area has not been mopped in some time. Your shoes get sticky as you walk around. There was only one table clean. We will not be coming back again. The saddest thing about this location is that with all the terrible reviews, they neither reply nor correct any of the issues. Undercover boss would close this place down.

Placed an online order. Waited 30 minutes after the time they said it would be ready. After asking about it he told me he made it already and it must’ve been stolen. Guy took the orders of everyone before me and said “sorry… Ladies first.” If I knew that sending my mom in would’ve gotten us the food faster I should’ve just done that. after 5 more minutes of waiting, he hands me my drink cups and but when I went to fill them up there was no ice. Terrible service for cold food.
